5 star service & delightful products
I bought a Wise Owl plant stake from Garden Gifts, not knowing quite what to expect, and the item was delightful. In fact, I liked it so much that I’ve since bought another for a gift. The packaging was exceptional & worth the charge of £5.99. Delivery was speedy too.
I have been in touch with the company by email and their customer service is excellent.

Unacceptable delivery charge trap.
Unfortunately a good experience was spoiled by this company adverting free delivery when you spend over £40. I spent £67 but was still charged £5.99 for delivery. When I complained they said that the website is wrong and they are trying to get the free delivery advert removed from their site. Despite several emails they refused to refund me the charge. A few days later it was still on the site. For £5.99 they have ruined their reputation and lost a future customer .

We are a small local business and due to rising costs we have had to introduce a small fee for our delivery, but I hope you'll agree the fully tracked, fast and reliable service is excellent value for money. We've worked hard to negotiate the best rates to offer onto our customers.
The delivery fee is clearly stated on the delivery page and throughout the checkout process, which was completed in order to place the order. We have also reviewed our site and emails again and can confirm that all mentions of our old delivery offer has been removed. As endearing as it looked in the photo!
The item was delivered very quickly and it looked exactly as it did on the website. It's a present so I haven't given it to the person who's birthday it is yet but I think he'll love it.
