I ordered a cat ornament in November as a Christmas gift. After numerous contacts and after they allegedly resent it (1st from Ireland, then from China) still nothing. I've been scammed. A credit card dispute has been submitted.

ZERO STARS BUYER BEWARE! I ordered in mid November and never received my product. They kept giving me these “shipment updates” coming from Ireland. It’s all a scam. I started emailing them and they kept giving me the run around. Finally they told me my order was lost and they were not able to receive it. They now want to charge me for shipping and a fee for the lost product instead of refunding me! So angry this company is fake and just steals from you. Don’t order from them

As others have attested, I haven’t received my Christmas ornament ordered in October. It’s been over a month since I last received a tracking update. I’ve asked for a refund twice now, and I’ve just received a reassurance that the shipments “in transit”. 😡

Discussed! I ordered gnome nutcracker ornaments for my best friend for Christmas,. At first I got updates, than , after that nothing!! It been over a month and Christmas is 2 days away! I learned the hard way!! Again!! Check FIRST! to make sure the company is legit! Feel like a jerk lesson learned!!

Buyer beware. This online retailer is a failure. Ordered a Christmas Guitars ornament and it was stated “Express Delivery 7-12 days. A month later and NOTHING. Stay away.

This company is a fraud-I ordered ratchet straps and realized my mistakes a few minutes later. I sent an email to cancel-I received an email that they could not cancel as my ordered had been shipped. I have not received my order-they will not respond to my emails. This is a scam-stay away-they are thieves.

What a terrible experience! First, I was invoiced for one amount that I approved, but the charge that came thru was for a lot more. I ordered the product (the “vintage” stacking ornaments) on October 17th. Shipping info said 7-10 days. Mid November I inquired about where it was, got a response with my tracking number and that it was in transit. Finally decided to let them know I no longer wanted it and to refund my account. No response. Tried again. No response. Product finally arrived on December 4th and it’s garbage. I emailed customer service asking for a refund, no response. I have emailed them nearly daily since and ZERO RESPONSE FROM THEM!! I disputed the charge with PayPal. They ruled in the sellers favor because it was delivered. I reopened the case and stated I would mark the item return to sender once my money was refunded. They again closed the case. I appealed that decision and explained that this company is a SCAM and they are in the wrong! Waiting on the decision from PayPal, in the meantime I am continuing to email gardenns daily. If PayPal rules against me then I go thru my bank with the challenge. What customer service?!? Scam scam scam!! If they did nothing wrong then why not respond to me?!? Do NOT order anything from this “company”!!! Terrible!!!!

They overcharged me for a sweater and when it came in it looked like a preschooler knitted it! They also refuse to return my emails!!

I ordered the pyrex bowl ornaments from "Kilotelast " which I assume is somehow part of this scam of a company. First of all it took over 7 weeks to arrive, not the 7 to 15 days as stated. Secondly, these ornaments are a cheap plastic knockoff. The colors are all wrong.
Third, I only received part of my order and this stupid company refuses to acknowledge the mistake.
My next course of action will be of a legal avenue. I refuse to be taken advantage of.
These ornaments were actually supposed to be part of a wedding shower and they ruined my plan.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I bought 4 of the scarves/ wrap with sleeves. On November 8th 2024 They look so nice on the video but Nov 30th 2024 recieved 3 of the 4 that i ordered. Unfortunately I was very disappointed the look is ok at first glance. But when i tried it on it was loose too loose. It didn't look like it did on the video and I was not happy. In order to use these as christmas gifts I will have to modify them. So I asked for a refund with a return they cs agent said NO that shipping costs are very extensive and they would send me 8 dollars back. Are you kidding me? After days of back and forth I settled for 15 returned to me. At least now I can pay for buttons to modify them.

My point is read reviews if it's from anywhere outside of US Chances are a return is never an option because of customs
They know this sell 2nd quality product and know they can't be returned. They offer you dollars as compensation because once you buy them your stuck with it.. I bought 4 paid over 100 for them and got 15 back as a credit. I ordered nove 8th and recieved them just a few days ago. DONT BUY
if your a shopper and return things ever, even if only rarely stear clear.

I received an empty envelope after 6 weeks and when I reported it to the company with photos, their response was:
"Thanks for your photos.
But as our warehouse checked, they didn't miss any item when packing your order.
Please kindly check your parcel again."
I wish I had looked at reviews of the company before purchasing as it sounds like they are a complete scam.

If I could give it negative stars I would! Placed an order on 10/19/24. First they tried to overcharge me. Stopped giving me updates on 11/17/24. I emailed them everyday and they NEVER responded to even one email. On 11/29/24 ( 6 weeks after the order was placed) the item(s) arrived in a bag that came from Chicago. The items were garbage! Nothing like described. I am returning them and I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will never order from them again!

I ordered the Pyrex ornament October 20th. It did not arrive until November 18th. I contacted them 3 times to cancel the order. They refused to cancel it, and said it was coming from a warehouse in Italy, which they claimed was the closest to me, and was already shipping and that was why they could not cancel it. It arrived and it is a terrible knock off! Smaller than the real ornament, the bowls are connected by a thin elastic string, disproportionate plastic rims on the bowls, the print on the white bowls, I got the Butterprint, is too dark and the shade is more green than it should be. I wrote a review on their site and it was immediately deleted.

I would give it 0 stars. I saw their ad on Facebook for vintage Pyrex bowl ornament and they are a scam!!! Please beware!!! They are still on Facebook!! How can this be!!! DO NOT order from this company. I never received my merchandise after a month of fake tracking info!! Please be careful!!

It is 30 days after I placed my order that was supposed to be received in 7-12 days. Still nothing and no idea if it was even shipped. Then I noticed they ran my charge for almost $50 more than the actual order total.
There is no way to speak to anyone and they say they are waiting for logistics to update?!! they were supposed to. Reported fraud and non receipt to my cc company. DO NOT BUY from this company. I usually check reviews and did not this time. Learned my lesson

Avoid this fraudulent supplier! I purchased 2 dog repellent devices and they DON'T repell dogs at all... I even had a strange wandering dog walk up and lick my hand whilst the "repellent device" was activated! They offered me a $4USD refund on a $56.22USD purchase. Seller even confirmed the item received was the correct item purchased after sending them item photos with item numbers as requested by them...

Scam..I bought the ultrasonic dog reseller...$60 Aus...what a joke, save your money...
