Very good value pot which arrived quickly and well packaged. It looks good too!

We bought 6 Malvern Teak chairs in April 2025 as a 90th birthday gift. Upon delivery we noticed one of the chairs had clearly had some wooden rods or screws inserted as a repair attempt, I phoned Garden Trading and was told as there was no visible damage there was nothing that needed to be done and that it was normal. In August 2025 we noticed some cracking around the repair, but nothing major. Again I phoned Garden Trading and was told that was normal in the first few months as the wood settled but it should not get any worse. However in August this year the damage is distinctly worse. There is now a hole in the top of the chair where one of the rods is sinking, and there are large cracks running down the length of the section of wood where the repair is. There is also movement when you sit on the chair which makes it feel unstable. When we emailed garden trading about this they said they could do nothing as the chairs are out of warranty, and they even attempted to suggest that our photos were not proof of anything and that we ourselves may have inserted the wooden rods or screws (that coincidentally exactly match the wood of the chairs). I have honestly never been so appalled at a customer service response in my life. Conveniently telling me it was fine and to wait on the phone where there is no record, and then once my father sends an email they deny all knowledge and responsibility. Disgusting behaviour.

The products are good very durable and well priced. The issue is customer service takes weeks to answer emails and slow to respond, regarding refunds.

Courier ignored clear delivery instructions and threw items over gates breaking the large storage box in the process. I have emailed Garden Trading twice providing photos and relevant evidence but over three weeks later have yet to receive a reply.

Delivery drivers dragged my new pantry across the floor, leaving huge gauge marks across my wooden floorboards and a dent off the corner of my pantry. Garden trading wouldn't accept any responsibility for the delivery issue so it's been left for me to pursue with no support. After multiple emails, GT offered me 10% discount as "damage was minimal", even after escalation. Really really poor service.

My pot arrived completely broken and I am still yet to hear from garden trading about a replacement item or solution.

Most of what I ordered had to be returned due to very poor quality of workmanship. After over 2 weeks of no response to my email and the terms stating I may not get a refund, I arranged for them to go back on a pallet as it included 6 chairs. I am now out of pocket £86 as GT refused to refund the shipping, even though they were returned entirely because of defective goods rather than a change of mind.

Love the design, style and comfort they add to the furniture .

No bolts or fixings included with the garden arch that I purchased and no one is picking up the phone or answering my emails. Very disappointed

We ordered a mirror that arrived broken, ive phoned, emailed and completed the returns form online and ive not had a confirmation of the next step for 4 days. Just let the customer know that at the very least you are dealing with the problem. I will have to chase again tomorrow.

I placed a large order in August and 3 flower pots were broken. I placed a 2nd order and 1 serving board and 2 salad bowls were broken and 1 of the replacement flower pots. Despite messaging within 1 hour of tge delivery on 21 september today 8 October 17 days later no response. it was especially disappointing as I wanted the board and bowls for a family event that has now passed.I do love their products. It's the packaging/ their couriers that let them down

We loved this stool. Good quality and perfect for the position and job, seeing down to put shoes/boots on. Saves hoping about on one leg.

Bought the Fovant bathroom lights, delivered quickly and built to a high standard. Look great on installation. There is a design flaw whereby the earth is a solid piece of metal secured to the frame and cable junction which means you can’t detach the junction to a metal easily. If the earth was a cable installation would be quick and easy. Currently quite fiddly

2 parcels arrived as expected but instead of my metal stakes, I received a very small parcel which had nothing in it except plastic packaging.
I immediately contacted Garden Trading for s response but have heard nothing from them.
I am not impressed!
