We’ve had a great experience with Garelli Furniture from start to finish. The fabric samples were delivered promptly with a personalized email to direct questions. We received our couch in the expected time frame with zero delivery issues. One pillow was missing, and a fabric pull was noticed with a cushion cover. I emailed Garelli during the holidays and received a prompt response and delivery with the missing item and replacement cover. The couch is great, the whole family enjoys lounging on it. The service was excellent, delivery and clean up. Very professional and quick.
We already had a mishap happen with a stain. It was tough to get it out considering the performance fabric. Because of the linen weave, it was really embedded in there. However with stain remover and some time in the sun I was able to get it back to original condition. Appreciate the removable covers for this reason, gives me greater peace of mind.
Felt like the cushions slide a little but I think as we wear it in they’re settling better. Either will add some grub underneath or just leave it. Considered docking a star for this reason but truly the couch is comfortable and seems to hold its shape well. At first I doubted my decision but it’s getting comfier as we use it!
For the price for size and the ability to get it so quickly, very worth it.

Performance fabrics are designed to be durable, and linen weaves can sometimes hold onto spills more than expected — I’m glad you were able to restore it and that the removable covers gave you peace of mind. That’s exactly why we offer them. Keep in mind, you can always order extra cover replacement from us in case you ever need some! (at a very affordable price)
As for the cushions settling and shifting slightly at first, that’s completely normal with down-blend inserts. They tend to relax and mold over time, and a quick fluff or grip pad underneath can help if needed. It’s great to hear it’s getting even more comfortable as you use it.

Quality furniture but one thing that since having the sofa for a couple months is that hair/fur stick to the linen material. I keep throw blankets down but still when any hair from the cat gets on it the hair burrows in and it hard to get off.

The delivery was scheduled for 12/25. Today, 12/21 the truck arrived without any prior notice.I was at home by chance. I had 15 minutes to remove the existing furniture without help. This is not how shipping works in the Western World.

The customer service was key in my purchase! Since I was shipping my sofa to The Bahamas, I wanted to ensure that my order was exactly what I wanted and no screw-ups. Alonso was awesome and helped me choose the right size and layout for my small house, and ensured everything was double wrapped for the journey.
Everything went seamlessly and sofa arrived in perfect condition. I did my research on feather cloud sofas and this sofa and ottoman are so super comfy literally feels like sitting on a cloud. The material is soft and top notch. It exceeds my expectations.

Today I received my sofa and Im laid back on it as Im writing this review, on god this is the most comfortable sofa Ive ever sat and laid myself on. Love the fabric, color, and the size. Absolutely perfect worth the wait. Will purchase an additional ottoman in the future for sure.
