Gas Boiler Parts Avis 

British gas serviced my boiler last year and the control nob broke they order one from their stock but it never arrived .had them in to service the boiler last week asked about the nob no joy so i ordered it from your web site it came on time and I fitted my self .

I had done a lot of research online trying to find a compatible programmer but it was difficult to make sure that one would fit the old backplate. Gas Boiler Parts were very helpful when I rang (I wish I had chosen their website earlier) and confirmed that the part I thought I needed would fit. They sent it the same day and it arrived the next day having been sensibly packaged. It fitted perfectly. It was also a reasonable price. Would recommend them as a company to deal with. Am very pleased with the quality of their service.

Had to make a decision whether to replace or update with new kitchen. Engineer said no need to replace so full makeover given. She is now good as new with back to new parts fitted which were ordered and delivered all within 24hrs at a great price. Highly recommended.

I found the site very easy to use when looking for the part I was after, in fact the sensor i needed for the Ferroli boiler was not available anywhere else.

The site was easy to navigate through. so finding the parts i needed was very easey.
I ordered the part on sunday night hoping to get the part on Tuesday, no sutch luck I did not get the part till Thursday afternoon. some would say my fault and I have to agree however to stand on my doorstep looking at my parcel and being told it cannot be deliverd because the computor says NO is frustrating. Tip to Gas Boiler Parts stop using D P T Tip to Coustomers dont use the phone tracing system it could mess you around.

The items I bought were on sale at a reasonable price which included delivery. I was given a delivery time accurate to 1 hour which, and I'm pleased to say that my purchase arrived bang on time.

When your heating is not working the last thing you need is more agro. Part was ordered just before midnight and was promptly delivered one day after. The delivery people they use are fantastic - you get a text telling you when it is despatched and again when / what time it will be delivered with options to deliver to a neighbour. Great service.
