Contact customer service, still no response.
Booked flight and wanted to cancel 20 min later before the ticket was being issued. Contacted customer service online, filled out the form three times with no response. Of course now the ticket has been issued so the airlines will have to be involved. This was a business class ticket and the service has not been great, this has been a disappointing experience overall.

Do not book with this company
Absolutely terrible. Booked and paid for flights. Got an email days later saying they wanted more money or otherwise my tickets will be cancelled. Do not book with this company. I wish I read other reviews before making this mistake.

Gate 1 booked wrong flights
Booked flights for a trip to Mexico, prices were good and happy at first. However, upon reviewing the flights they were booked for the wrong day by gate 1
, despite my booking confirmation stating the right days for my return journey. Hopefully Gate 1 will rectify this ASAP but waiting on then to contact me back.

Shocking service!
Shocking service!! Possible fraudulent sales process and no repsonse to emails. I was charged extra for free seats and a corporate credit card (which i dont have). Emailed immediately to ask for support and no reply. Patiently waited 30days as suggested on website and emailed again... and then repeated again. Now 3 months later with zero repsonse I called the phone number that proceeded to tell me they are too busy to answer calls. Shocking service and I just hope there is no problem with my tickets.
