The company did not pick-up my package. Because of this I had big trouble with financially and physically. A driver came with a truck at 8:20 pm on 6/22/2020. The driver kept delaying the pick-up time. Also, the moving company told me the movers should be two people, not one. After checking my package, the driver told me I have to pay $699 more due to my package is more than expected. So I called the moving company to explain this issue. However, while I was talking to the manager, the driver was left without loading my package. And the company did not respond to my call and email till now. I already paid $655.4 as a deposit.

They did not respond me but they responded BBB. They refused refunding my deposit even though they did not delivery anything. Please be careful this company. I will keep update this.

Seriously the worst experience ever. I mean EVER. First, the movers arrived over an hour late and had to move another customer’s items off their truck before loading mine. I was not informed that my items would be moved along with someone else’s. Also, I was told that they would be able to move me in the same day (5 hr move), but due to the other drop off it didn’t arrive until midday the next day. There was no communication along the process, I had to call three people just to find out where the truck was and when to expect my items. The movers were very disorganized and slow. So slow that I had to help them move some of my stuff to speed up the process. I’ve moved several times before with other services and experienced much better service and speed. I would never use this moving service again!!

Worst experience with a supposed professional company I have ever had the misfortune to be involved in. This happened a year ago and I still shudder at the experience. Goods were damaged, at 5PM the truck was too full to complete the move. We had to rent a storage space for the left behind furnishings. We stored the goods in the moving truck at Gateway Express Moving facility, several months later when it was delivered to our new home we found broken, damaged goods, 4 missing gaming systems with many games completely gone, jewelry armoire drawers were EMPTY, as if they had been dumped out into a bag. When Gateway Express Moving was informed, he offered 500.00 in compensation, and said we should have watched the movers closer , or perhaps we were lying about the missing and damaged items. We are out thousands of dollars in damaged and missing goods. Gateway Express Moving accepts no responsibility for this.

Used them for a move from Austin, TX to Atlanta, GA. Totally disappointed, did not stick on the schedule for pick up, over priced than initial quote, they wouldn't understand basic mathematic mis-calculations for over charging, they promised to take good care of everything but did nothing but just charge me high. They communicated well until they received the initial deposit. & they are just a middleman - they dont have their own truck. They handed the order to Condor moving system & did not bother there after.

COMPLETE SCAM. Worst experience I've ever had with any business. We were told by Ken Jackson we were getting a great rate with this company because they didn't act as brokers in hiring physical movers and that their guys were in-house. Despite showing up a day later than the date scheduled on the contract, the movers shared with us that they couldn't honor the contract because we had more cubic feet than expected.
