I ordered two sofa throws from them which arrived damaged and ripped open.
I asked for a refund and a return label.
Instead, after I posted it back, they sent more throws….
After I explicitly told them I wanted a refund because I had already sourced better throws elsewhere from a different shop.
Useless.
As a disabled person who is housebound and in a wheelchair, it is almost impossible for me to travel to the post office to keep sending things back!
They don’t read emails and they clearly don’t speak English because when they do respond, it’s one line very brief and clearly copied and pasted.
It says on their website that they are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Hilarious…

keep sending email regarding return the item but there is no response from them. I have ordered 2 item from them but I wanted to return the one item because of poor quality. Customer service is very poor. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue were met with delayed replies. Buyers should be cautious.

Absolutely Disgusting Company Stay Well Clear Of Them , I purchased a Navy Blue king size duvet cover from them and they sent me a Grey one instead I wanted to return it back to them because it didn't match my bedroom colour but they wouldn't allow me to, I tried to explain to them that it didn't match my bedroom colour but they were not interested , they would only give me half back of what I paid for it, Absolutely Disgusting Practice , they are dictating to people what you spend your money on, I have now reported them to Trading Standards UK and they are going to look into their company regarding this matter , Stay Well Clear Of Them they send you what they can't sell and there's absolutely no way you can return it back to them so you have no choice but to accept what they offer you back or you will lose all your money.
Shop Elsewhere People Don't Get Ripped Off By These Cowboys.
My purchase was from Temu and they were the MERCHANT because TEMU is only a platform like eBay or Amazon.
Your company doesn't even deserve 1 star Pathetic Company

Want a award for bad customer service

I ordered a throw, they sent black out curtains, tried to get it resolved with them, they were useless, kept trying & they just stopped responding so B&Q sorted it, I ordered the throw again, guess what more black out curtains

I purchased a duvet cover via Debenhams with this company
So had to contact them directly to return
It has taken me 8 emails and initially a couple of text messages for them to send me a returns label . I was being sent emails saying why do you want to return it. ?
I explained as realised on ordering it was Egyptian cotton which I find difficult to iron so was returning the package unopened . The reply email wanted to know more details….?
Then it was another email asking do I have a printer. Upon replying yes I have access to one. - nothing.
More emails and then a reply saying did I have a label for returns in my package -? No.
Another email can I show a photo showing the package was unopened. Then another asking me to repeat the order number and yet more emails asking questions …
After pointing out my consumer rights re distance selling I received a label and 10 days later am still awaiting confirmation that they’ve received it and no refund yet !!
I would not order from them again under any circumstances. Nightmare

Avoid!

Avoid!! Orderd a kingsize duvet set they Sent a double. Couldn’t get through for 2 weeks to process a return. When finally got through to customer service was told to return and still 4 weeks later they haven’t processed my payment back, now I can’t get through again. They do not respond to emails either.

Placed an order via B&Q for a double…

Placed an order via B&Q for a double bed set and a bed throw, only part of the order was delivered but the remaining item I had to chase up through the B&Q website. B&Q telling me I had to take the matter up with the seller as they were 3rd party. I challenged B&Q as my contract and monies paid went direct to them and not Gaveno Cavailia. After many emails back and forth and providing evidence of my CCTV coverage of my property which records 24/7 to show the image they sent me wad not of my property, I was finally sent the missing bed throw over a month late. I messaged Gaveno to thank them that I had finally received the missing item of the bed throw that was intended for my husband who has advanced cancer.
Following day, the full order of a double duvet set and bed throw was delivered. I then messaged the company to request that they arrange for collection of extra items and I was somewhat surprised at their gesture of allowing me to keep the items, so thank you.
There is poor communication with this company and somewhat surprised that they continue to trade as they must be making a loss due to their poor customer care.
However, their gesture that I keep the additional bedding is greatly accepted and appreciated. The items will now be handed over to a local charity that provides housing for the homeless.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered a orthopaedic pillow for a Christmas present and still no revived it . I phoned there customer service who said he was a manager and he was rude and belched on the phone while I was talking to him . Then he put the phone down on me when I asked him if he belched . Absolutely disgusting

Don't order from this company

Don't order from this company. I ordered a king size quilt cover it was delivered on the 5/12 and they sent a double. It was through their Amazon shop and returned it through the amazon returns and royal mail, the same day and ordered a replacement (king size). 6/12 they sent a double again. Returned the second quilt cover through the Amazon app, royal mail.
I replied to an email from amazon asking why it wasn't showing up on my return status, heard nothing. The second returned showed they had received it on the 10/12. The refund status said I wouldn't get my refund until the 27/12.
Today 22/12 I received an email from amazon saying my first return is complete. I check the status on my second return and it's saying they can't issue me a refund as its stuck in processing. I have to contact customer service.
Amazon has refused to put my review on their site as its not about the item.
Terrible company
