Snooper United Kingdom Avis 

Bought a Snooper Truckmate to replace our motorhome sat nav as the on board system didn't recognise the size of the motorhome. Took it up with Fiat, the base vehicle, and Autotrail who built the motorhome, and the system couldn't be changed which left us in the middle of a dispute with them which was very disappointing. So took the initiative to solve the problem and the Snooper system is great and gives confidence with navigation that we won't get stuck on unsuitable roads. The ability to update the Snooper maps on line is also reassuring. Great system and company support, and the flexibility to use the Sat Nav in another vehicle. Fully recommend the purchase.

Found the snooper really good until I had to update it as bought in 2017. Since the update it acts up trying to take me a route I have previously used and deleted.

Being a lorry driver this is a must have. I have had mine for about 4-5years. You can set it up to the size of your lorry so no going down roads overweight etc. You can Bluetooth to it as well. It has regular updates so when roads change etc no issues. When you are laid up in services or nights out you can switch on the TV which comes built-in. What's not to like.

I have had the Snooper dashcam ( do not know the model ) with the speed camera alerts and the driven speed showing on the rear for over 12 years. the camera hardwire set up has been moved now from 3 cars into the current car with no problems.
I love the displayed speed on the back of the dashcam, as it is at eye level and is completely accurate with the GPS, far easier to check than the dash speedometer.
The recording quality of the camera is first rate luckily, I have never had to play it back to display a crash, but that is what we have it for, security that your driven events are there when needed.
Snooper dash cameras are top-quality products with lasting build quality.
Highly recommended.

Great sat nav lorry version really accurate

Had my snooper s7000 for about 12 years now. Few problems with it at 1st, but sorted by snooper quickly and efficiently.

I have owned a sat nav for my motorhome not cheap but I think you get what you pay for it's got some good things on it what is not on my other sat nav I also have a dash cam from snooper for my car I now want one for my motorhome

Snooper products are fabulous quality and are built to last.
The service and tech support are second to none, any issue whatsoever and they are there to help.
I have an DB8500 sat nav and although it is now unsupported it still works a treat.
I did call customer service regarding map updates and they said it was past its useful life, however the sales rep did offer a very good reduction to purchase something of a similar nature.

i have used nooper stuff for years and always been happy with the gear it does what it says on the tin, but i have been very happy with the DVR 5 HD dash cam its spot on i use it a lot on my green laning days out in my 4x4 it takes some great footage front & rear brilliant and well worth the money, it also feels solid & well built.

Let's hope someone from snooper reads this ...
I have used a few snooper devices for years .. buy a few weeks ago I had a error message on my screen.. I think it might have been the heat in the summer 2022 (bit rubbish if it can't cope with heat and it been screen mounted . Just saying) anyway I have been told it needs new software that's on a sd card and want £40 ... and password it's warranty... so this is software that's failed and not the device and you are asking me to buy it again ... so if my hard dive running windows or a app I had bought fails I don't pay for it again i have all ready paid for the software all i need is to get a new hard drive or in this case a sd card that i can get off a very famous company who work from the rain forest... so why do u charge again for software... I was even told because I had not update it for a while this is why it stopped working ... really that is called a kill date and is illegal.. you can not shut a device off just because its not been updated ... wrong wrong and this is how you treat people .. well I need a new one and my son needs one too (speed cameras unit ) but it won't be a snooper...

I have used Snooper products for some years ( Satnav) and the dash cam more recently. It operates seamlessly and has proved useful as evidence for a motoring offence.

I've been using Snooper since my first satnav/speed camera reminder - which must be 15 years ago (it still works!). As always, an excellent piece of kit - well made, reliable and does exactly what it's supposed to. Highly recommended.
