Snooper United Kingdom Avis 

I am now on my 5th Snooper Sat nav with the latest being a dashcam also. The model being the Bus & Coach. I've always had 1st class service with a quick response to any issues. However this latest one, from day one, has had a number of issues one of which although has been addressed I'm not fully satisfied but I am sure they will resolve it. Faults can always occur but it is the speed of resolving the issue is how I judge and they have always been quick to resolve any issues so a very good company to deal with.

I like the navigation but stopped linking it to my phone due to it bieng inaccurate.

I have had and used several snooper products over a number of years and unlike many other company products snooper have never let me down. Build to a high guality they outlast many others.Great products totally recommended

I was bought a snooper 5800 for use with or motor home for my 60th after 5 years they emailed me to say they had stopped supporting updates for it. Despite promising lifetime up dates They did not replace it at the time with an equivalent (had integrated dash cam and TPMS). As they didnt have a replacement that gave me what I wanted I bought a Garmin and separate Garmin dash Cam. They are much better than the Snooper

after a problem with access to my snooper it asked for a code .i phoned head office for the code for my snooper and was told to to return it and they would sort out he code problem for a cost of £70 .NOT very happy

I’ve got 2 snooper cameras 1 in my van and 1 in the car. Both great cameras although different models.
Easy access to footage via the apps and Wi-Fi. the quality of the videos is perfect day and night.
Would highly recommend

This is the 2nd snooper with a rear camera, the rear camera I would give 10 out of 10 the front has failed twice with a blank display on both occations, whilst working it was a fantastic bit of kit, great picture recording very good quality front and rear. The only downside is it failed just out of Warranty

Purchased a truck,caravan sat nav to use while touring with our caravan,what a great piece of kit,never takes us down any unsuitable roads always gets us to our destination,trust it completely.Also purchased a dash cam,fitting was easy even permanently wired,unfortunately it would not link to the app,but a phone call to snooper and several checks it was decided to return it at snooper expense,it was fixed and returned and is now working perfectly,after sales service is as important as the good quality products.

Over the years I have had three different roducts from Snooper and all have been excellent and done the jobe with little fuss and good customer service if ever needed.

I have been using a Snooper satnav for many years as a HGV driver. Excellent and reliable bit of kit.

Absolutely brilliant company. Quality products you only get what you pay for normally but great prices brilliant customer service.

I've had two Snooper sat/navs. The sound on the second was more tinny than the first. However it made up for it when I upgraded the mapping. Instead of just the UK, I got the whole of Europe. Thank you.

Great dash cam's. The rear one is so small you forget its there. Easy install but I'm a professional vehicle mechanic. Looks good

Easy to install and use with excellent clarity of video. With the footage I supplied it meant I claimed off the person that hit my vehicle when it was parked and unattended. I would highly recommend getting one!

I purchased snooper front and rear dash cam plus snooper power supply after 4 months use it started to show signs of battery failure I emailed snooper who said replacement battery not available not what I expected from snooper later on the rear camera stopped working not a good purchase avoid snooper get a better make

I have used and purchased Snooper products for quite a number of years now. The products I have purchased have been good and reliable including truck sat nav and pro dash cams. They're helpful if you have to ring them up. I will purchase from Snooper again when I need to.

Great Dashcam, easy to install with clear video, can take a screenshot at any time and has parking mode too! Love Snooper products and their support is second to none, I know this because I was trying to carry out my update in the wrong way and they were very helpful and understanding about it. Highly recommend this product.

The Snooper dash cam I have is excellent have had it for over 2years with no problems. Have had other dashcams but not the same quality as Snooper.
