Absolute scam of a company. They setup companies, close them and set up another. I think they now have started a car hire/leasing company. GB Auto leasing and say they offer no credit check guaranteed acceptance. Absolutely ridiculous and scam. Reports that they take your money for a holding deposit and you want not only see that money again, you want get a car.
GBEE NETWORK LTD trading as GB Energy Experts company caused me months of stress and financial pressure. After taking money upfront, they went silent:
Ignored emails
Ignored WhatsApp messages
Provided false or constantly changing dates
And even blocked me on Facebook Messenger when I tried to follow up.
Despite sending them a formal letter before court notice, they still did nothing. I raised a complaint with action fraud where London City Police advised to involve my bank which helped to get my refund finally.
This behaviour is completely unacceptable for any business. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was shocking.
My construction timeline was put at risk, and I had to pay more to another installer to fix the chaos they created.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away. If my bank hadn’t stepped in, I doubt I would have ever seen my money again.
Do not bother with this company. Had them do install one at my brother's 1st week of may 25 and at my mum's 6th June 25. Since company won't register the electrical certificate or the warranty with the MCS. Received no paperwork and won't answer calls or emails. We are now having to escalate all the issues with all relevant bodies, to try and get all the paperwork needed! Disgusting customer service

Very easy process to follow from start to finish. Got in touch with the guys and they listened to my needs and then let me know my options and what was the best solution for me. Fantastic communication throughout and 5 star workmanship. Highly recommend to anyone.
Installation was fine, trying to get all relevant paperwork and warranties. The company has gone off the face of the earth. It's gone to a complete joke.
