GB Mobile Avis 

I received a faulty connection adapter & when reported via email I was asked 5 times for my order number, which incidentally had been included in each email which I had sent.
No response to my most recent email so it is now in the hands of my credit card company.
Avoid at all costs.

Update as of 27.1.26 Customer Services have still NOT responded. A second opinion confirms the cable and charger supplied not compatible with each other and therefore not compatible with the smartphone. A total waste of money and time.
A shame the company let me down.
Charger and cable NOT as described. NOT compatible as led to believe. Does NOT charge device. Customer Service slow and not forthcoming. 4 weeks past, several emails on and still not resolved. I don't like leaving negative reviews but no alternative.

My experience was positive at first, but it changed after the company offered a refund and then ghosted me. I ordered a phone case but accidentally selected an S22+ instead of S22. I contacted GB Mobile, and they offered a 70% refund as I had removed the sticker when opening the packaging, which I accepted.

I returned the item via Royal Mail (signed for, £6). They signed for the return, but after that, I received no refund, no further communication and no response. Had they been upfront and said a refund wasn’t possible, I would have accepted that, as the mistake was mine. Instead, I’m now minus a phone case and out of pocket for the return postage.

If GB Mobile had been honest from the start, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

I ordered an Apple Headphone Adapter Jack a month ago from GB Mobile. Item was faulty, confirmed by ordering another elsewhere which worked fine. I contacted customer services who quite clearly genuinely aren’t interested in doing anything to help. Responded that I need to return the item but have ignored my attempts to obtain a return label. The website return policy seems very strict with instructions that I’m unsure of. No hope in getting any further help from GB Mobile, I’m just glad it was a cheap item and not something of value that I needed to return. Not really the point though and with that considered though I’d be very wary of spending money with this company.

Got my order in a timely fashion. No fuss. Delivered just after Christmas. No long wait.

Fast delivery. So easy to use, just pop in batteries and go. Good quality and value for money.

They have sent the wrong item so I have ordered the Samsung Earphones EO-IA500 but instead received the EO-IG955 and I emailed to make sure it is the right model, but still ended with wrong item, fishy website should taken but more care, and kept ignoring my emails, non existent customer service disgusting, no number or email just general info email that never replies

I would recommend GB Mobile, they were very helpful and reminded me that I had forgotten to fulfill an order I had partly completed.
They have a wide variety of accessories for mobile phones, and offer good selection to choose from.
The website is easy to navigate and prices are very reasonable and affordable.
Would happily do business with them again.

Delivery service good. Unfortunately the product not good. C extenders to overcome thickness of mobile cover but they were not tight enough to fit the phone's c usb slot and just fell out!

Purchased a spare 18W Google Charger for my Pixel 6 - My Pixel 4A5G came with the TC-G1000UK adapter (made by Phihong) which Google no longer sell so I saw GB Mobile sell it - I was initially a bit sceptical as it just came without a box in a clear bag, and it's the G7D8B model made by Chicony, however it appears identical (inc weight) to the original and fast charges my Pixel 6 at the same speed.

Genuine usb cable... Fast Delivery and at a great price too. I would highly recommend this website and will be using again in the future.

Cannot recommend this company. I bought a Google phone charger that failed within 8 months. Returned it and was promised a replacement but 6 weeks later I still haven’t received it and the company is not responding to emails and they don’t provide a telephone number. There are other suppliers of these items and I suggest you use them instead.

Bought a incompatible Samsung earphones from GB Mobile. Returned it 10 days ago, but still no refund, no updates on their portal, and they stopped responding my emails . Avoid, avoid, avoid!
