Weirdly tight slots compared to others
I play same provider’s games on another site and at least get some playtime. Here, exact same titles, same bets, and my balance just evaporates twice as fast. Clunky jackpot winner popups
Every few minutes a popup shows that someone won somewhere, it doesn’t add excitement, just interrupts the gameplay and reminds me I’m not that lucky.
Old games removed
I prefer older, simple slots, but they keep pushing them down and promoting only new flashy ones. Some classics don’t even show up anymore. Not my style.
Looks cheap
The design looks like some template from 2010. Flashy banners, weird fonts, too many colors. Made me doubt the whole operation from the start. I deposited anyway, lost quickly, and honestly the vibe is just off.
Won small, fees ate half
I’m not a big player, just put 15 in, cashed out 40, happy enough. Then my bank showed conversion fee, casino had withdrawal fee, and the e-wallet took a slice too. End result, maybe 25 in my pocket. Felt stupid for all the hassle and risk just for that.
Depressing soundtrack
Most slots here have the same kind of loud, repetitive sounds. After an hour of losing, that constant noise actually made me anxious. Had to mute everything, but then what’s the point of playing.
Email support super slow
I sent them all documents they asked for and waited four days for a reply. Nothing. Only after nagging them in chat they said it was approved. If I hadn’t asked, I don’t know how long it would take.
Dice game removed without notice
I liked one specific dice game and then one day it just vanished from the lobby, no explanation or replacement, annoying when you finally find something you enjoy losing on.
Cluttered homepage
Too many banners, side popups, chat bubbles, all on one screen. I didn’t even know where to look. First impression was just stress, not fun.
Currency conversion sting
My account is in one currency but they charge and pay in another, and whatever rate they use is definitely not in my favor, I lost a few extra just on the exchange.
Support answers but does nothing
I contacted support about a game crashing right after a big spin. They replied quickly, I’ll give them that, but basically said “we’re checking with provider” and then silence. Money never came back. So what’s the point.
Slow to remove self-exclusion
When I asked to reopen my account after the exclusion period, the process took several extra days with little communication.
