If I could truly give them 0 stars I would.
Currently in the process of suing this scamming lying website. Over the course of 3 days. I have not only not moved out of the FIRST STEP. I sat for over 6 hours speaking to a fake virtual person that lied and made promise after promise that a “human” will be able to help me and cancel my order. They STOLE my 480$ target gift card that I never used. They never paid me. Have not spoken to anyone. Emailed BOTH EMAILS OVER 5 TIMES EACH WITH NO RESPONSE!!! It’s actually so funny how after I’m done with this company no one will be able to use this shitty ass website. It’s a disgrace how you completely lie to people. Never telling them you HOLD THE FUNDS before even paying them. Why do you need to hold the funds for a card you guys HAVENT EVEN VERIFIED YET!! Hopefully no one uses this again before I get to sue them and you guys don’t lose money. Fook everyone that owns this company is involved and karma will never let you live life peacefully.

Been 24 hours and nothing. The AI chatbot admitted to lying about bringing a human into the chat. Stole my $200 gift card. I emailed operations and they never responded.

Tried to send them cards for the first time, expecting payout as advertised in about half a day. Waited much longer than that and sent emails inquiring. No reply. Tracking codes don't even show up as existing anymore (they did initially). I have to conclude this feels like a scam, but hopeful. It's been five days.
For the below comment, I can't see a way to reply directly, but I sent a follow-up email on 5/27 to the operations email address. I don't want to post these things publicly, but the email address begins with stc.
Update 5/29: Still no reply, but now one of the two GCs I sent are drained and tracking codes show no result. The most charitable thing I can come up with is that they're turning around and selling the cards right away and then using the proceeds to pay off other cards, which would be bad enough. But realistically: If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

Submitted gift card worth $150.00 USD, the cleared the balance and then replied saying that the system auto rejected the card. They will not answer and emails or followup regarding, nor are they offering any compensation whatsoever or replacement/replenishment. DO NOT USE! SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY OFFER TO PAY FOR YOUR GIFT CARDS BUT DONT BE A FOOL LIKE MYSELF AND GIVE THEM THE CARD NUMBERS AND PIN SO THEY CAN CLEAR THE BALANCE AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING!

Legit, 24hr payment,
This company is legit, they are a little bit Slower than there website claims but they do pay and they pay well.. It took roughly 24hrs but I got paid.. I submitted a 50.00 card and got paid 59.95.. I'm not sure why but I'm not complaining..

Regarding the higher amount received, this can sometimes happen with Bitcoin payouts due to normal BTC market price fluctuations between the time the payout is initiated and the time the transaction is fully completed on the blockchain network.
At the time the payout was processed from our side, the payout value was approximately around the expected amount, however the BTC value may have increased slightly before the transaction was fully confirmed and reflected in your wallet.

If it could give this a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review in my life until today.
I submitted a request on May 18th at 2:17 pm MDT and was pleasantly surprised to see majority of the submissions were processed within 8 hours. Fast forward to the next day, May 19th, I have reached out to the chat support and emailed their operations 4 times and I have yet to receive an actual response or update. If you value time and money, run far away from this website. I am still waiting for an actual response or processing of the two gift cards submitted.
Update: this was the ONLY place I submitted my gift cards to totaling the value of $200. In a shocking twist of events, I called Apple and they said they were redeemed the day I submitted to this “company”. It is unfortunate that I lost out on $200 due to them. Again, SPRINT away from this website. They will redeem your gift cards, deplete them, and then deny your submission due to the cards being empty. The perfect scam from them. The only way to make this right is to refund my balances or pay out. Until then, I will inform others to steer away from this website due to their horrendous lack of communication.
Please post these “screenshots”. They were not in my email communication thread nor on the AI chat. Plus, I emailed the security email and another one, both were kicked back and undeliverable. The first address to email me back 24 hours later came from: marketingmanager3059@gmail dot com
Guess what, there is no information on a reverse google search of that address and not affiliated with any direct business. What do y’all have to say about that?

Both submitted Apple gift cards returned a zero balance and redeemed status during validation. The validation screenshots reflecting this result were also shared with you for transparency. Our system cannot independently redeem or use balances from submitted cards, and no payout can be issued for cards that fail verification due to unavailable balances.
While we respect your right to leave feedback regarding your experience, the outcome of the validation will not change based on the review itself. According to the validation records and results received during processing, both cards showed as already redeemed at the time of review.
Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed further with this submission.
We understand your frustration regarding this submission and would like to clarify the reason the cards were not approved for payout.
During the validation process, both Apple gift cards submitted under your reference were returned as already redeemed. Because the balances were unavailable at the time of verification, the submission did not pass validation and could not be approved for payment.
