I have reviewed GT before and never had any money back or a reply.
Please Please don't buy from this company expecially running up to Christmas.

Very happy with product, bit of a mix up to start with , but soon sorted and kept to date with replacement delivery, would definitely us this company again

Purchased heated insoles that according to their website would keep your feet warm all day , they hardly heated up at all , requested a refund and was told no refunds as per company policy .As per previous comments this company is an absolute Scam - stay well clear - absolutely shocking to deal with the goods ordered were so poor quality and nowhere near the level as described .

Absolutely shocking customer service, denied a refund after being miss sold three ‘outdoor WiFi repeaters’ costing over £100. What arrived was not fit for purpose. I had to buy plug adapters to try them, they didn’t work in the given range, and were not fit for outdoor use as advertised. I got no where with my correspondence with customer service staff. Denied a refund as apparently they were not faulty. Even though they were not as described. The website boasts ‘easy returns’ this is not the case. My complaint was ignored and told I hadn’t cooperated on my part. I’ve had to go through the bank to raise my complaint and try to reclaim the money. Awful company

Do NOT BUY from here...absolute scam. Bought an air con unit which was faulty...when I contacted the company they sent a generic email saying to follow the instructions that were sent. It leaks water and I can't use it but have no way of returning it. When I checked the packaging it has obviously been sent to 3 previous people as there were other address labels underneath mine. They should be closed down.

PLEASE DO NOT - Buy off this company at all. I purchased GPS tracker which clearly not working or picking up my location. After several E-mails, Four Screen shots & video they are still not willing not give me a refund. They are a complete joke! scammers and I only wished I had read the reviews first! before buying from them. Never again!!!!! Stay Away

Awful scammers. Stay well away. Don't even buy as getting a refund is nearly impossible

I bought an 8TB SSD from them. Only just found out it was a fake. Price was really cheapt (£38) and I didn't realise the true price for 8tb until it was too late. It IS NOT 8TB. it's a tiny drive that tricks the computer into thinking it's 8TB. Website doesn't give refunds if you bought a "sale item" but all their items are always on sale. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Scammers.

I purchased the walking stick/seat for £99.99 when it arrived it was bent and the workmanship looks flimsy for the purpose you use it for. Although the replies were prompt from customer service they are saying everything they can to avoid giving me a full refund. Do not buy from this company they really do not care to put things right. In my view they are rip-off merchants.

I have ordered 2 walking dogs for my kids, one worked perfectly as it expected the other one was faulty ,however after i emailed th customer service, they replied within minutes and the were so helpful and sympathetic and to my surprise the replacement arrived next day, which is today. I'm very happy with the product but my special mention is the the support team. Definitely worth the money and I would order from Little Dreams again in the future.

Absolutely shocking to deal with.
1 star is far too many, the returns policy which states 'hassle free returns' on the website actually means 'we won't give you an authorisation number to return your item'.
Time to go to the credit card company to get my money back.

Con site. Delivered wireless tags marketed as GPS trackers, no phone number to contact and mixed messages from customer services and not providing return address. Avoid

I ordered two GPS dog trackers. The web page states that it is a GPS tracker multiple times. It is not. The tracker relies on Bluetooth which has a short range or other users with an iPhone in the vicinity of the tracker to update its position in my Find Me app. Not much use if you live in the sticks like I do with few people about. There is nothing GPS about this device. Their support team said in an email to me that it doesn’t use GPS - but it’s called a GPS dog tracker!!!!! Still can’t get a refund, going through PayPal now but I’m not hopeful. This is also not a UK based company, products are sent from China and take weeks to arrive. Please avoid this company. Zero stars if I could have.

Liars - tell you items are despatched and provide fake tracking numbers before being rumbled twice and changing their details multiple times all whilst trying to pretend the item had already been despatched so they didn’t have to cancel the order as requested.
Not a UK website - this company is not UK based or operated. They are not registered on companies house. Beware. They sell nasty Chinese rubbish.
Customer service. Joaquin emailed me the same old info each time. Also told me that had I not escalated to PayPal they could have been more helpful with my refund.
PayPal - ALWAYS use these guys. I escalated and they ruled in my favour issuing a full refund without me losing money by having to pay return postage costs to these jokers.
In short - don’t fall for the fancy website, it’s all lies, not worth the agg. Stay well clear!

I don't even want to give one star. They say they are in the UK but their products come from China and took ages to arrive. The same products are on Temu at half the price. If a product does not do as promised they won't give you a refund. I had to open a case with PayPal who fortunately found in my favour and refunded my money.

bought GPS tracker so misleading the GPS is just an app but they are like air tags , BT/Bluetooth so the range is like 30 feet, 10meters, rubbish waste of time and money, gear-tech are scammers, maybe we see them on the BBC sometime soon AVOID there reviews are so bad.

Scammers, say they haven't record off your purchase.

UPDATE: 161125
Delivered around 19:00 in a skimpy poly bag.
Both boxes looked as if previously opened, and were very light.
So now I have 2 solar chargers, no instructions, nothing on box to identify as items I paid for,
Have to wait and see what response I get from "gear-tech.uk" which is just an email address and not a registered company.

psssst: still states "pending/does not exist" when I try and check on the status of the order.

Wish I had checked here first.

A very trust worthy company with great customer care, Evri had lost the parcel and where helpful too.
Gear tech have sent another one out the same day i raised it with them, no fussing or questioning.
I would not hesitate in ordering from them in the future.
I guess its Evri that has let them down so maybe a different courier service would improve the end outcome depending how regularly they mess up i guess.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Brought a drone from here the one that was sent was nothing like the website plus it didn’t work and parts were missing. I paid 119.99 and refused to accept my return or give me a refund. SCAMMERS
