They had the product I wanted in stock…
They had the product I wanted in stock and other stores had a waiting time of 8-9 weeks. The price was a little bit higher but I didn’t mind since they had stock. Delivery was on time. Would order from them again.

Advertising a product you don’t have in stock
Your website advertised a product as been in stock only for it not to be. This is the third time that this has happened in exactly the same way. It will be the last time. To make matters worse your courier then delayed the delivery. You couldn’t make this up.

We're sorry about the delay with your order. The email you received initially was to indicate that we were unable to dispatch on the day intended (rather than the unit being out of stock). Occasionally, the team in our warehouse can run into slight delays.
We can see that your order was delivered on 03/09. We appreciate this surpassed the initial delivery estimate and we are very sorry for this.
Please note, we have issued a refund for the delivery fee which will arrive in your account within 3-5 working days.

& 10e for the 'Agnostic😒 guitar Dreadnought🤙 where would you get it 🌠but then don't put up the prices now because of that😏 and seven euros postage only thing 🙃 the box was nearly five foot high for two small things could have been packaged in a more compact situation🤨 they only wait about two or three kilos at the most

I love the piano so much
I love the piano so much, the acustics are perfect, the only issue was the delivery, it's very heavy and it was left outside, if I was home alone it would have been outside until somebody helps with it. It was almost impossible bringing it up.

The turnaround was quick
The turnaround was quick.
The case as such looks very good and solid. Well cushioned, useful pockets and carry system.
The only thing is it is very very tight it could have 2 cm more on each side. Putting this on the keyboard was like putting on compression stockings!

I ordered a record player and it came
I ordered a record player and it came fast everything was on point with that aspect but when it came there was no damage on the box but on the inside the glass cover of the record player was cracked and I wasn't able to contact yous to fix it.
