I strongly advise caution when ordering through Gebhaly. I placed an order for items each priced at approximately $59 each on Amazon US. At checkout, Gebhaly added an already significant shipping fee of 1,200 per item, which I accepted and paid in full.

After the payment was processed, I received a call stating I needed to make an additional payment because they had adjusted the shipping cost to 3,500 per item—roughly a 40% increase over the agreed-upon total.

When I requested to cancel the order due to these unannounced charges, I was informed that the refund would only be credited to a "Gebhaly Wallet." Getting the money actually returned to my bank account requires an excessive 10–14 business day waiting period.

Ordering directly from Amazon with international shipping and customs included is significantly cheaper, more transparent, and much safer.

Lots of hidden fees, customs fees, weight fees, they don't explain it in the website or on the phone.
they used to have option to make order, then get the total estimated cost, but removed that option.
i recently made an order, that order had the option to be shipped to UAE, they lied and told me there was UAE option and sent it to USA, I payed extra 83 usd for international shipping. i don't trust gebhaly anymore. i don't recommend using their service.

شركة جيبهالي من اسوء الشركات اللي ممكن اي حد يتعامل معاها وتجربة في منتتهي السوء لا انصح اي احد بها دفعت فلوس مقدم وانتظرت منتج يوصل ولكن للاسف عدم وجود مصداقية في التعامل وخدمة عملاء كل شوية بكلمة ومفيش حد مسئول تتعامل معاه ويحللك مشكلتك انت دفعت فلوس مقدم ومنتج في علم الغيب ولو العميل فكر يقول رايه عليهم في الفيسبوك يعمله بلوك للعميل بدل من الاتجاه لحل مشكلة العميل بجد شركة في منتهي السوء وعدم احترافية او امانة في التعامل

I liked most that they brought me the original part I requested.
I disliked the purchase experience where I was faced by extra fees throughout the process that was not clear from the beginning. Also the communication was not that efficient as expected specially when I received that I will receive a refund that was meant to be sent to another customer.

Amazing company, super trusted and they deliver within no time too! This was the first purchase from the USA and the items came as i exactly wanted and the boxes in really good shape. I’d definitely recommend this service 👍🏻

It took them more than two months to bring me my stuff, and they added a hanger along with my order to increase the weight. and it also took them more than two months to refund me sth they didn't even buy. the process is not as simple as I was aspiring.

My order was #149792 & I requested it from AliExpress. The order arrived as described. Thank you. It will not be the last order from the company.

Usually, whenever I order electronics from the US, I go for Lynks. This time simply out of curiosity, I thought I'd give Gebhaly a try. While their customer service is high quality and the delivery of items is on time, too many unexpected expenses keep being added to the order to be paid. You'd think the amount displayed before making the order would be what you're paying, but in my case, I paid more than that by like 5000 EGP which never happened when ordering off of Lynks. Overall, I recommend sticking with Lynks given that their customer service is even better than Gebhaly, you can send stuff back for replacement through them if its warranty's still valid and you can get discounts on the total costs.

I bought from them but they are a bit expensive.
I hope they make real discounts as last time I paid 5 times the products' price.
But yeah the products are authentic and arrived in schedule.So unless money is a big thing for you , You can try them!!
