Following your advice, I returned the Air Pod 2s and ordered the Air Pod Pros.

Everything went like clockwork - I received the new pods swiftly and was refund for the old pods less than 24hrs from you receiving.

All true to the timescale you described.

All went smoothly and easily and in my experience this is rare!

Will take your money and not send your item

Placed an order over a month ago.
Sent multiple emails to chase where my product was and have had no correspondence.
The phone number on the website is fake and emails do not get answered. Save yourself the hassle.
Will be contacting trading standards to resolve this matter.

Having read the horror stories from…

Having read the horror stories from other reviewers I immediately regretted placing my order about 10 mins after placing it. I'm happy to report I received them 2 days later. Sealed. Confirmed using Apple serial number checker that they are indeed the real deal.

Placed an order over a month ago and it is still "processing", although they took the money straightaway. The phone number does not work and there has been no response to my emails. Obviously a scam website - avoid at all costs. UPDATE: Advice from another review worked - complain on here the only way to get a response. I did eventually get my refund. And an email asking me to remove my review, which I declined.

Please do not order from this company. Complete scam. No order confirmation, tried to contact via email, online enquiry form and phone. No luck. Payment came out straight away. Now in contact with bank over getting my money back.

Zero customer service. Two orders placed only one delivery!

I placed two orders on the same day. Each order was for one set of Apple AirPods. One box arrived with one pair of AirPods but the same Royal mail delivery tracking number was allocated to both orders.

I have tried calling numerous times but the number is not connected. I have tried emailing and contacting via their website with zero response.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this company as they have billed me for two sets of AirPods and two sets of delivery but I’ve only delivered one set of AirPods.

Do not use Geekswag. The customer service is non-existent if anything goes wrong. I’ve heard numerous stories from other customers that I’ve contacted via trust pilot about products not being delivered and money’s not being returned.

We should work together to ensure this company never trade again.

UPDATE: 26/7/2021 After leaving a negative Trustpilot review on the 23rd, I suddenly got an email from GeekSwag saying that they were swamped by AirPod orders and asking that I clarify exactly what I had already written to them about (several times) that I had placed two orders on the same day but had only received one delivery. I confirmed this by email the same day and since then……(tumbleweed)…… nothing. Sent two more chaser emails but no response.

How can this company be allowed to continue to trade - next stop Trading Standards

This order is still processing, although nearly a month has passed. No response from the store.

It took longer time to ship the item (over a month instead of declared "next day shipping"). but items was shipped. local mail mishandled and lost the package so cannot confirm on quality of item.

Absolutely shocking company!!

Absolutely shocking company!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!!! I repeat in the strongest way possible DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered “apple” headphone think they’re fake and as expected once they arrived the left ear phone is faulty. I have now emailed 6 times with no response. It’s been over 9 days since my order arrived and still zero communication.

An absolute fraud and I will be repainting to trading standards.

I absolutely panicked after reading the reviews, but couldn't have had a better experience, I emailed asking if they could advised if they thought the airpods I ordered would come in time for fathers day, and I had a email straight back from Adam, to say he had upgraded me free to next day delivery, and they did arrive the next day, fab service!

Honestly, dont even bother thinking about a purchase from them

I unfortunately fell for the idea of a £70 pair of refurbished apple airpods. I received the email to say they were dispatched with an attatched tracking to royal mail. After 4 days this link still showed that they hadnt actually handed over the item to royal mail. From here i hoped onto review hunting and no wonder.
Many people didnt recieve items either and some got fakes.
I emailed them and asked to cancel my order and threatened to do a chargeback if they didnt do so or if i didnt receive the items within a week and this seemed to do the trick.
(although they are blaming royal mail for losing it)

Update: They found the item in their depatch space, offered to send or refund sed item off which i opted for a refund which im awaiting its arrival.

Counterfeit AirPods

Bought AirPods Pro and they arrived with only a small delay. Upon investigation the “refurbished” AirPods were actually fake. Multiple
Spelling mistakes in the literature in the box, very close to the originals but it was easy to tell they were fakes.

Just waiting on a response now…

Update: I’ve had a response and they took the AirPods back. They have refunded me both the value of the Headphones and the postage.

I have since bought genuine AirPods and there is one hell of a difference in audio quality between them!

No goods received

Items ordered on 22nd of April. Dispatched almost 2 weeks later. It's now the 27th of May and still no goods received. No response to online query. Farce

Edited: It's now the 10th of June and still no goods received. Received one email from Adam when I originally left this review to state about an item being on back order and delays due to brexit. Both items were allegedly sent beginning of May. Adam stated if no goods received, I'd get a refund. I've emailed them 3 times since and no response, no refund and no goods.
Joke of a set up.

Adam, its now the 23rd of June and I've received no items, no refund and you have refused my dispute with my bank to get my money back. You stated in your reply to the dispute "the customer received the product or service". You are a liar and a cheat. I'm taking this further.

We’ve approved a refund for you, we just had to wait a certain time period before Royal Mail officially class the parcel as lost etc. Thanks
