The pendant was very unique but very small

The ordering was very straight forward. I received my cross very quickly by FedEx. The packaging was impressive. The jewelry box is sturdy and my cross undamaged. It is exactly what I have been searching for. Words and pictures do not do this justice. I will pass it down to my great granddaughter.

I was skeptical at first about the quality of the item I ordered. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. This was a custom made charm and it was exactly what I wanted. The whole process from initial order date to receipt of the finished product (in a lovely green box) was less than 10 days. I loved the charm. It is well made and I actually ordered another one to complete my necklace. I will definitely be ordering from Gelin again.

Tiniest charm I have ever purchased. I bought a K charm for my son. I had an A already for my other child and it is larger and more prominent. I did not expeect the K to be the same size, but it is so small. I think the charm would pair well with a bracelet or anklet, but not a necklace

I am still waiting for my order to ship. I ordered the item over a week ago which was promised to deliver within a few days. I was unable to give the gift in time and had to reach out to customer service for an update. They have shared the item didn't pass quality control checks and are having to re-craft it. No update on receiving the order thus far.

I ordered a solid white gold chain with a cross pendant. I expected it to look like the picture in the ad. I can barely see the cross let alone the daimonds. I intend ot return for a full credit or will dispute the charge.

still have yet to receive item i was guranteed by now. in fact it has not even shipped. highly disappointed.
