Gemma Led Avis 9

I purchased a pack of 4 bulbs to grow my orchids inside my home and I got to say that the lights are wonderful! My orchids came back to life. I also experienced a faulty bulb but when I wrote an email explaining what happend, I got an email back right away saying they would replace my bulbs. I ordered another set of lights as well. This product is amazing. I LOVED IT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS AMAZING! THANK YOU.

The setup is 2 bulbs and 15 phelanopsys orchids in less than 2 square meters, near a big balcony door inside the living room. After 2 weeks of application for 12 hours a day I got new leafs and roots are growing even if my plants are stressed from a flower shop and different conditions.

I purchased a COB grow light and three E27 lights from Gemma LED for my orchids to compensate for the little light from my north facing living room window and after a year of use I am very happy about the results. My orchids have been flowering. Also the spectrum of the light is so natural that it is not overpowering or fake. It gives a nice real brightness to my room. My husband has been using one as a SAD lamp too! Customer service has also been great. All queries were addressed promptly and happy to give advice on how to make most of the lights. They really care about customer satisfaction and happy plants. Overall great grow lights and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I have recently bought a set of three 9 watt led lights for plants. The products arrived in perfect shape all are really good. The issue I had with one of the bulbs was solved right away and the people at Gemma were very understanding. I will surely buy more stuff from the company and I will recommend it to all my friends.

Magnificent grow light and excellent customer service.

I bought the 100W LED plant light (specifically for my orchids) for the gloomy winter in London. It's a powerful grow light that would require a solid stand for mounting (vertically or horizontally). Andrej (from Gemma) was also extremely helpful - the first light I received was, unfortunately, faulty (one of the two bulbs malfunctioned in less than 2 weeks) but a second light was shipped out without extra cost and no questions were asked (I'd provide a photo in my email). I can only say that the customer service had been excellent and my orchids are growing well under the new grow light. A very happy customer - I would recommend Gemma LED with no hesitation.

P.S.- You may not receive an order acknowledgement email immediately after placing an order although Gemma LED replied promptly when I enquired.

I have been buying Gemma's LED lights for 3 months. It's not a very long time, but I can already say a couple of things:
- very high quality of the products
- the customer service is wonderful, they are really nice).
Speaking of the products, I find most of them very suitable for growing flowers and ornamental plants in small to medium size houses and apartments (i.e. places where there are no rooms aimed only at plant growing), because the type of light produced by the LEDs is quite natural and pleasant.
My orchids like a lot the new illumination.
Since the very high quality, prices are reasonable.
I'm really satisfied.

Order process was quick and straightforward.

Delivery arrived quickly, well packaged, no damage to the lights, even received a small high powered light powered by AAA x2 batteries.

Am very happy with the lights, and everything seems to be in working order today four months later.

Two year warranty is also very nice.

The lights themselves seem to be high quality workmanship, nothing about them seems shoddy or cheap.

Plants are doing great.
