This was one of the worst online purchases I've made. The delivery was delayed, communication was poor, and the product didn't meet my expectations. I regret buying it and wouldn't recommend it.

The silent generator box did not reduce the noise as much as I expected. While it offers some sound insulation, the generator is still quite noticeable, especially under heavy load. Overall, doesn't fully deliver on its 'silent' promise.
