I have placed an order Order No: GE-17-040199 on 27th June with full amount paid and it is July 2nd and the status is still in pending state.

Can you let me know what is the status of medidicne ordered. You do not even respond to phone cals.

Pathetic service

They showed a popular brand oximeter on their website for nearly INR 2000. Same was available on Amazon for 2500. I ordered thinking I will save 500 and went ahead and ordered. I ordered it for a relative and provided the relative's number for delivery. They called-up my relative and mentioned that the original brand we ordered was not available and they are delivering another brand. The one which they delivered was available on Flipkart for 550. I felt cheated. They avoided all requests made for return. Finally, I had to courier it at my expense to their office. I had to follow-up every day for a week and they didnt care to refund. I had to warn them of complaints to the authorities. Finally they refunded the amount to Paytm wallet as against Google pay. I had to bear the courier charges both ways. Disgusting service. Stay away in case you are thinking to order expensive stuff

I am located in Noida. I read mostly bad reviews on Genericwala. I was wondering if I shd buy. And then I went for COD. not sure if I shd pay. they called to check soon. I said yes. And there starts my journey with Genericwala. One medicine I booked was not available. They sent me a even cheaper composition from Zydus cadilla and gave one strip extra.suits me . Hats off to the Hyderabad company. Will get back soon

Very Very Bad Service some hyderabadbased laala's company nocustomer service no gaurantee of product delivery. I ordered 5 days back its still showing pending 02june,2020. NO email response, no call centre, called the mobile number lady says will get back to you, no one calls back. my money is paid with no assurance when will they deliver. they should be avoided and should get the medicine fromlocal store. 1mg and pharmaeasy are much better and good service.

Extremely bad service. I have ordered medicine three days back. They did not have curtesy to call back. Order status is showing Pending. No mail communication explaining status. After three days, when called. Lady said she will call back but did not call. After I called, she is giving all reasons without apologising and she was arguing how she was right

Very bad service. I had cancelled my order at the end.

Two weeks before i ordered one medicine but it was cancelled for precipition but still they not refund amount. they are taking very slow process once order it shipping status changed min 3 days after it cancelled it also changed 2 days then refund still pending they are cheating people if contact customer care no response if i tell other state.

Delivery has to be done in 2hours at the most like Medplus
