If I could give zero stars I could

If I could give zero stars I could. Bought one product, it was a buy one get one free deal. It took a month to get, but only got one. Emailed support… nothing. Contacted the “inventor “ and she gave me typical one word or two word replies that she just invented it but doesn’t handle shipping. Seriously. Do NOT trust this company or the Instagram rubbish about it.

AI slop

I can't trust a brand that is all about being "organic" but is making terrible AI videos about their product. That slop is horrible for the environment

I almost forgot this company until I…

I almost forgot this company until I noticed some mail in my inbox from them. Which prompted me to check whether they had ever answered my emails, my insta DM or my enquiry regarding an order I placed in 2024. 2024! In feb 2026 it will be two years since I placed an order.
Spare yourself the headache and never order from these people.

They said that they would send an…

They said that they would send an replacement order for me, but then again radio silence. When i ask for shipping details no one has replied or write anything more. She write down here in the vommens section that they would send me my order that is over a year late. This is so bad!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY. No one ever responds because you can’t get ahold of ANYONE that “works” for that “company“.

I made a purchase on March 28, 2025 and sent an email a week or two later after not receiving a shipping update. I was told there was a “delay in shipping” and orders would begin to ship the following week. That did NOT happen. Sent numerous emails again from various email accounts because no one would respond. On 4/22/25, I finally received a response from Tara M (ceo) apologizing stating that they had run out of an ingredient but would ship orders the following week. Oh she also said they would add a “free Genetix gift worth up to $100” for waiting. Once again, I waited two weeks and sent COUNTLESS emails and NEVER HEARD BACK. It’s now June 5th and I have received no response and no package. She also blocked me on instagram after inquiring about my package. I have ALL the receipts.

Not a reputable company

This company needs an overhaul. Please give people what they pay for. I placed an order and got only part of my order. I reached out to tell them items were missing. I originally got a response apologizing for the mistake and was assured I would be sent the replacements. Well I was never sent anything. I reached out several times after this and never heard back. Sad because all I wanted was what I paid for. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB and anywhere else I can to save other people the trouble.

Scam

I placed an order on January 20. It's now May 27 and I haven't received anything. I've emailed so many times and reached out through every channel I can find. I get no response. She still posts all the time on Instagram, but keeps the comments turned off so we can't warn others. I don't know how she sleeps at night. Don't waste your money.

scam

I had to dispute the charges with my bank. I was charged and my order was never confirmed or shipped. The “owner” of the company deleted all of my comments and requests for info on Instagram and never responded.
