My prescription went up over 4x!
I've been a customer for over 2.5 years. I started back when they were called MailMyPrescriptions.
What made this company special was its pricing. As they said in an email to me: "Many Americans find our prices "too good to be true." They said: "...you can have all of your prescription and a growing selection of over-the-counter medications delivered directly to your door, at a savings of up to 80%."
It was true. Their prices were great.
But now they "have adjusted the price of several medications after conducting a market analysis." In other words, they looked at the competition's price and decided to match them instead of beating them. My prescription price went up from $21.60 to $95.40, increasing over 4x!
This feels like a cash grab. I think that that management has decided to go away from what made them take off in the first place.
I really hope not.
I'll refill again in 90 days. If their pricing strategy remains the same, I'll look at GoodRx Gold or start using the free GoodRx coupons. Ironically, the free coupon pricing brings the prescription price down to where GeniusRx used to be. (GeniusRx told me they would not match coupon pricing.)
Again, I hope that GeniusRx changes its mind. We'll see.

Lori was very helpful. My doctor was not in the system and it would not submit when I used custom add. She added it to the system and sent over the documents to clear our account. Love the service.

Better the 2nd time around
My first chat was not helpful so I set up another chat and Lori was very helpful. She made it simple by sending me a link to the information that I needed.
The chat was better period than waiting for an hour and a half on the phone.

Genius Rx is the Best!
I have been impressed by the customer service GeniusRx provides. No waiting, very kind, considerate and helpful. Wish every business was run like this. The best one I have ever dealt with and prices are unbelievable. My one prescription that was over 200 with my medciare drug plan was less than 30 on Genius. I advise everyone to check them out.

I have been out of my meds for 3 weeks…
I have been out of my meds for 3 weeks and finally got the dr. To call in everything and the people that I talked to are awesome. I tell everyone to have a wonderful blessed day and the people through the pharmacy don't get mad at you or offended. They are awesome young people. Please keep them it makes placing your order enjoyable.

My only issue is that GeniusRX's prices for the drug that I've gotten from them twice before have quadrupled. It's now in line with major retail pharmacies' retail prices, but It's much cheaper through GoodRX, which eliminates the advantage that GeniuxRX had.

Waste of time and effort
My Geniusrx experience was a total waste of time and effort. Ten days of multiple confusing email requests from them for more personal information, then back and forth with my doctor's office - and then they couldn't fill the Rx anyway. Poor performance and lousy customer service.

Be very careful
Be very careful. You will be charged the telehealth fee and will not see what or how much you are prescribed until later. You can't change anything at this point. $20 wasted at this point and nothing to show but frustration. I'll try another provider. I just wish I could delete the private information that they have! Be very careful,read all of their disclaimers and faq's before you consider using them.

They stopped using the reversible caps
They stopped using the reversible childproof caps. Grip strength deteriorates the older you get. I can barely deal with it now. I'm going to have to find another pharmacy that has reversible caps.

6 days after initial order 0 follow up…
6 days after initial order 0 follow up so called to check - they had not even contacted my physician! Just overall poor, and the CSR was very happy to cancel the order and close my account. Makes me think they do that MORE than deliver meds! SMDH

I love GeniusRx
I love GeniusRx, they're cheap and fast! My husband switched jobs so we got new insurance. They don't cover my Ambien at all so my pharmacist suggested I use an online pharmacy. So instead of paying 165.00 every month I only pay 10.60 for the exact same medicine. I submitted my last order on a Friday, they shipped it the same day and I got it in the mail on Monday. Customer service is great, very helpful and friendly. So glad I found them!!

It is a mess - avoid
When you order, email will tell you that GeniusRx will contact your doctor and get the prescription. After waiting for days you contact Customer Service. Customer Service replies that they were not able to contact your provider. Then they will send you to Singlecare to use non-existent link, then you cannot login to GeniusRx and you cannot reset the password because no emails are coming. You will receive emails from geinusrx Help with non-existent pages and links and the phone number that, supposedly, help with your order. You call the number and they just tell you to go back to the website and submit another order.
