Product arrived, no fleece lining, just the cheap shell that looks like a bulky trash bag, doesn’t match the measurements. Trying to get a refund is a challenge, after multiple emails back and forth trying to get the info to process a refund they offer a partial refund of 40% of what we paid for the item and you keep it or you can send back at your cost and if they accept the refund it will be processed minus a 20% restocking fee. The catch on return is it’s your cost and the address you must return it to is international and will cost you about $50 to ship it to the Return Address:

Ordered an replacement of my 8 year old batman jacket of which they had an picture in there webs hop. The jacket I received was not even close to pictures and the original I have. Contacted them to get a refund, but they offered a store credit for 15% of my purchase value. Never buy from them its a scam. Contacted my credit card company to get the money refunded.

I ordered a jacket on November 21,2023. The company did not contact me to give me shipping details or any information. They did take my money that same day though. I contacted them early December. It was a Christmas gift. First they said there was an issue and it would be sent in a few days. Then they demanded an extra $45 for shipping due to my remote location. Then they asked for my address. I questioned them if they didn’t know my address how could they possibly assume it was remote and needed extra money to ship. They said they would refund my money if I did not want to pay the extra shipping costs (which were half the amount of the jacket). The shipping company they used has delivered two packages to my address in the last few weeks, with no extra shipping charges. They would be keeping 20% though due to it being ready to send out. After several emails back and forth, they then stated it was sent expedited shipping. The next email said it was not sent. Then they said they would refund but keep 25%. I asked for the refund, and since then I have not heard from them despite sending many emails requesting the refund.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I believe they are scammers trying to get more money after a purchase which included shipping costs.
I have escalated this to PayPal and I am hoping to get at least some of my money back. Please do not buy anything from this company!

Complete scam. Buyer beware! They take payment and never ship anything. Correspondence with them provided clues that it is a Chinese company scammer.

I ordered 2 jackets on cyber monday in November. I get an enail 12/29/21 that states my order is canceled due items being out of stock and that a refund would be proceeded shortly its now 2/17/22, still no refund. They dont respond to chats, emails or calls i had to call my credit card company to see if they could help me get my money back. Will never order from this company again

Waited 6 months only to get the wrong jacket and they won't even take it back or give me a refund. Quite simply a scam.
