This is a scam
This is a scam. George's Caps is supposedly a London company. These scammers are claiming to be that company, but are based in the Neatherlands. The return address for my package was from Jamaica NY.
One of the caps I got from these scammers is a Jamont. I found the same cap for sale on Ghelter.com. The labels were cut out of the other 3 caps I got. No doubt they said made in China. All 4 caps are poorly made.
EDIT
There is no George's Caps based out of London. Google is a thing Skippy. I can copy and paste the email you've referenced, which does not offer a refund. Yet another lie. You're drop shipping poor quality caps. These were not made by a proper milliner.

Thank you for your feedback and I want to address each point directly.
George's Caps is a legitimate British cap brand based in London, UK. Our company is registered in the Netherlands under F. Coolen Services for legal and payment purposes, which is standard practice for small international brands. This is simply the name that appears on bank statements and has nothing to do with being a scam.
The Jamaica NY address on your package is a USPS carrier fulfilment and sorting centre that international shipments pass through before final delivery to your door. It is not our address and is not unusual.
Regarding the cut labels, we made the decision to remove internal tags after multiple customers reported skin irritation from the fabric. Since we cannot remove them from the stitching without damaging the cap we cut them as short as possible. This is a customer care decision and not an attempt to hide anything.
We reached out to you personally by email to resolve this and our offer of a refund still stands.

Hats look great and feel like good
Hats look great and feel like good, solid craftsmanship. Got one for my girlfriend and I, liked them so much we wanted to grab a few more in different styles. Wasn't aware of the business until I was told of the sales, but the sale price for this quality is an incredible bargain.

Scam!!!! Fraud!! They used to be Henry’s caps
They used to be Henry’s caps. They will all come with tags from other country’s cut out of them. We DID get the hats we ordered but we only ordered because we believed the story. Buyer beware this story is a SCAM.
I was able to get a refund for fraud.
The site is flagging bad reviews to be removed!

George's Caps and Henry's Caps are completely separate and unrelated companies. We are aware of the confusion this has caused among customers and are actively pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal channels.
Regarding the tags, as stated on our website and in our customer communications, some caps in our collection are sourced from trusted external suppliers. The internal tags are removed as a precaution after multiple customers reported skin irritation from the fabric. This is clearly a customer care decision and not an attempt to hide anything.
We are glad your order arrived and that you received the caps you ordered. We do not remove reviews from Trustpilot and have no ability to do so. Trustpilot operates independently and all reviews are subject to their own guidelines.

The quality is really impressive, much better than I expected at this price point. George personally reached out to check everything was okay which I did not expect at all from an online store. That kind of personal touch is rare these days. Already thinking about ordering another one before they close up for good.
