Filling out the forms are super easy but there is NO customer service or support if something goes wrong. They had an issue getting me the code to make the court payment and I tried all day to reach someone to correct. Still no correction so this backs up my court date. They have a number you can call but over 10 times that I called I kept getting the message there was no one to take my call and no chance to leave a vm.
Someone from Georgia Divorce did contact me. He said they do have an answering system that allows the caller to leave a message and he's unsure why it wasn't working but he would look into it. He apologized for the trouble and wanted to let me know the lack of customer service that day was unusual. There were a few employees, including himself that were sick and trying to handle the phone calls the best they could. I accept that explanation as reasonable though unfortunately for me on that day
This manager was not in charge of the payment process so he couldn't intervene and get the zelle payment option squared away for me but he did send me the details I need to pay my court fees by money order. I'm very grateful for this managers sincere help. Im more likely to recommend this company.

Just be aware , they will tell you pay a fee first , then ask you to zelle or money order $482 ! I got scammed

I honestly think everything is a scam so I was skeptical about the website and the price. Let me tell y’all this company didn’t miss and everything was on point. I started my process on 04July2026 and received my finalized divorce decree on 01Sept2026. FYI you pay two fees not just the first one listed. In total I paid about $700 but I wanted my process expedited. I did the uncontested without children and no property and my ex willingly signed the paperwork with me. Just imagine if I would’ve went out and got an attorney and imagine the fees as well. Y’all better use this reliable website because it’s most definitely not a scam‼️
