Georgian Surveys Ltd Avis

I found Jason Cole through Local Surveyors Direct and instructed him to carry out asbestos management surveys across a number of properties in my portfolio.
I was very pleased with his service from beginning to end. His prices were very reasonable from the outset, with no need for negotiation. He arranged the appointments quickly, arrived punctually, and carried out each survey quietly, patiently and thoroughly, taking the time necessary to inspect the properties properly.
The reports were also produced very promptly, apart from those which understandably had to await laboratory test results.
Overall, I found Jason professional, reliable, reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I am very pleased with the service he provided and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring an asbestos survey.

Great service at a competitive price. Report was thorough and came back quickly.

The work was carried out absolutely immediately and the results handed over later the same afternoon.
You cannot ask for more.

I found Jason to be very reliable, thorough and helpful and would definitely instruct him again.

Jason was super helpful, really speedy and had great communication throughout. His price was also very reasonable

Jason was very responsive and easy to deal with. He recommended someone for the fire safety check I also needed and liaised with them to ensure both surveys happened at the same time.

He sent the report promptly and charged a very reasonable price.

Jason was amazing. So quick to get out to our property and even quicker turning around our report. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Jason was an absolute star. He was helpful, considerate & knowledgeable.
His report was well presented and timely.
His report was instrumental in our not having to lower the price on house sale. So the cost of the survey was money well spent.

Quick, courteous, very good to work with

Jason was on time, polite clear in his advice, wrote a great report on time and all for a very good price. What more can you ask for? Fully recommended.
Thank you Jason

Jason provided clear and prompt communication throughout with regards to asbestos survey. Unfortunately, due to survey findings the transaction didn’t go ahead, but Jason handled the situation professionally and with genuine understanding. His approach and transparency were much appreciated, and I’d be happy to recommend him based on my experience.

Georgian surveys were awesome!
Their technician managed to get out to my property later of the same day I called. Samples were luckily sent off to the lab that same day and
I received a fully comprehensive report that is UKAS accredited emailed to me the next day.
In addition, their services are affordable.
