I got scammed by this people, my bank can´t help me.Has anybody managed to stop the monthly charge???

This company have been taking money out of my bank account for the past 3 months and I don't know how to stop them.
I have contacted my bank to ask them if they can stop them taking money out my account, does anyone know if they have got a phone number or email address.

I have been charged again even though I asked to stop .
I sent them an email they answered saying that they would stop but didn't happen.
I am going to inform the police.

I have used these people once and I still get charged every month.how do I stop this my bank saying I have to call them I've got no number for them. Really dont know what to do.

EU29.90 every month for 5 months... without authorisation. Complete scammers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE. IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN EU1.00 !!!

I just wonder , why the government is not tracking down this people ? Why the banks are not doing enough to get this criminals behind the bar ? It is just a puzzle for me.😩

They are robbers they have taken £28 & £27 from my account 2 months in a row for no reason This a disgrace

Just taken £27 unauthorised payment from my card. Abuse of trust equals theft.

I can't even give it one star. i canceled my subscription 2 days ago at the service was rubbish and they then debited my account for £27.97 even though i i paid the initial fee of £.094 for the trial.this company should not be allowed to trade and banks must enable customers to refuse debit payments for fraudulent transactions

This is not an actual thing. It is a scam. They literally just stole money from me. I feel very stupid.

At least Dicky Turpin wore a mask. This company peddle a free app that turns into daylight robbery.They proport to be able locate lost phones,though there are loads of free alternatives out there. They take your card details and for seven day usage it's 90cent,though after that it's 29.90 per month.I tried to unsubscribe within the seven days and cannot and they charged the above amount to me.Their customer service are non existant and the website is in French to confuse further.
