Great customer service
I ordered a new headlight for my Audi A4, best price I could find especially for a new headlight. The headlight came within a week, packed very carefully. I contacted German Parts as the shipping status was stuck on processing and Emily the Logistics Manager was very helpful and prompt with replies.
Would highly recommend.

From start to finish excellent service…
From start to finish excellent service and products, purchased 2 BMW 5 series adaptive headlights from German Parts back in early December, the headlights had to come from there main warehouse in Germany, I was given a rough delivery time of 4-7 working days, from the day I placed the order to the day I received it they always kept me updated via email and WhatsApp!
The headlights were brand new and at such a competitive price compared to the main dealer, saved me a fortune!

Poor service
Poor service, did not deliver part, answer messages or take responsibility when calling to find out where parts were. Happened more than once on two separate items. Lots of 'stories' about delays. They did refund but didn't try to sort the issues, customer service/communication was poor when trying to find a solution, "not my job" attitude. Caused delays to a job, costing time and money. Don't usually review businesses but was shocked by their casual attitude and not wanting repeat business.
Update: They do know who I am as they have just emailed a sarcastic message directly to me.
Reply is incorrect but good luck with your business.

I can see from our records you was told the parts were not in stock at the time of purchase, we advised they would need to be sourced in, you have stated that the date of your experience was January 22nd when in fact the order placed on the 28th November 2023.
We delivered most of your parts within a week as promised, it was then brought to our attention on the 19/12/2023 that the grille supplied was incorrect, we offered to change it for the correct one but did tell it would need to come from the main dealer, once it arrived we attempted delivery on the 22/12/2023 but unfortunately no one was available to take delivery I would imagine being so close to Christmas the garage was closed.
We then tried to contact you via telephone on the 02/01/2024 to organise a redelivery but unfortunately, we could not get hold of you, the grille was then sent back to the main agent, your last correspondence with us was on the 22/01/2024 to which we said we would reorder the grill and deliver within 48 hours. He said you couldn't wait that long and asked for a refund which we initiated the very next morning via bank transfer as you said, you need the money to re-buy the grill from elsewhere, you paid via card so it's unethical for us to refund you via bank transfer when you paid by card but we did this so you wasn't held up waiting for the money to return to your card.
We apologise your experience with us wasn't satisfactory.

BMW headlight
I needed a replacement headlight unit for my 520d 2012 model due to water/condensation problems. My garage advised me not to fit an aftermarket part but the dealership price for a BMW part was eyewatering!
German Parts knew all about the issues with these and were able to advise and get me a genuine part at a competitive price, which is now fitted and working.
I dealt with experienced and helpful staff and would recommend.

Second time using German Parts
Second time using German Parts. Purchased tail light for Mercedes C Class 2019. Part was sourced for me upon request. Collected it and had it fitted within the hour, all working and perfect fit! The service was great, quick and easy. Great guys working in the business, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend for parts.

Horrible after service …
These guys are really friendly when you’re buying , but if your unfortunate enough to have to call them for any reason after you’ve paid there totally different people like jeckel & hide , so arrogant and dismissive, the light come slightly broken and one guy said once it’s fitted and working ok give me a call and ile give you a good will gesture , so i called and was told don’t know who would say that we don’t offer that , also the lights don’t come fully loaded on the outside,, so any rubbers brackets clips etc have to be taken off your original light , you guys need to sort out your attitudes, seems you’ve got to a place where you think your above people, in reply to your reply you shouldn’t advertise your personal number on your website if you don’t want people to phone you on this , it’s not like you state this is a personal number so don’t call on it , unless you’re buying that is , and has for my 5 reviews I’ve given over many many years that’s just facts of what has happened , that’s the whole idea of trust pilot isn’t it , and has for your lights been brand new you should stop misleading people because there not like main dealership brand new , they are refurbished hence the cheaper price

We can see you leave horrible reviews regularly according to your account.
If you are that displeased with our products and services please tell us why you have fitted the headlight, confirmed it's in perfect working order and have refused to send the headlight back for a full refund, yet continue to leave such discriminating review against us?
Upon checking your order we can see you was supplied a brand new headlight for your BMW, according to our records and correspondence with yourself at no point has any member of our staff been rude to yourselves, we have answered every question asked and helped as best we can, even over the Christmas period when you phoned the owners personal mobile he was polite enough to answer and explain we are closed.
As for the damage to headlight we can see it was a small bit of plastic that may of broke off during transit, you spoke to the boss when you called who is the only person who would make the decision as to weather or not we could give some sort of refund regarding this, if you have spoken to someone else within our company after speaking to the boss they would not know this as it's not normal practice for our aftersales to offer this.
As for the headlight coming "fully loaded" we supply all our headlights either bare or complete depending on how our customers purchase them, when we supply a headlight complete it will include the following - Headlight carcass, all control modules and units, bulbs and ballasts, we do not supply clips and brackets to hold the headlight on your car, photos of how our headlights are supplied can be found on our website, at no point did we state these additional parts you have mentioned are included.
We do not think we are above people at all, if anything we do our best to help every customer as best we can and meet their expectations, unfortunately in this instance you feel we have not achieved this due to the fact you was expecting something we never sold you or advertised to yourself.
For future reference we would strongly recommend you check everything before placing an order this way you would not be met with this issue in the future.

They were able to supply a BMW part that was not available from genuine suppliers and we had been waiting months. They were quick to respond to any problems by phone or text and were very helpful.

German Parts were extremely helpful at finding me the right headlight and getting it to me as soon as they could. I have since been in touch with them again for another part and will continue to use as they have outstanding knowledge of parts for BMW and are always ready to help.

I urgently needed an adaptive headlight for my BMW M140i but couldn’t get one anywhere!! I contacted German Parts for help and they located one for me in Europe. Although I had some trouble getting it delivered by Parcelforce, Joseph and Emily chased them up and made sure I got the headlight in time for the repairs to be completed! Very efficient and nice people as well!!

Avoid at all costs
Things started off well with this company then soon turned abit sour once they had my money, sent me pictures and information about a headlight they didnt even have at the time so iv waited pretty much 2 weeks for delivery. I got informed delivery would be on a certain day so took the day off work only for the delivery to not turn up, upon contacting the company to see whats going on i was met with a cocky horrible attitude i basically got abused by said member of staff. Would not recommend and would avoid like the plague, very unprofessional, very rude and just a terrible experience.

I can see here you was sold a brand new genuine headlight for a Mercedes at a very generous discount.
Upon checking over your order I can see that you was made aware at the time of purchase that the headlight was not in stock and that we would need to order it in from our supplier, you stated you was happy to wait the estimated 4-5 working day eta, unfortunately this wasn’t the case as you then constantly badger customer support on a daily basis telling us you have never purchased online before and basically made us feel you didn’t trust us from the start, which in this instance we would have preferred you took your business elsewhere.
According to the tracking info, we can see your order came into us ahead of schedule by 1 working day and was sent via Royal Mail on a next day special delivery by 1pm, unfortunately Royal Mail did not carry out the delivery as promised, we advised you to check your tracking details so you could make sure you was available to take the delivery at which point you replied saying “it’s your fault I wasn’t in to take the delivery”
Once goods are dispatched it’s the customer duty to make sure they are available to take delivery or contact the courier company to arrange a day that suits them, we can see from our chat history this is the first time you have ever purchased an item online so it’s possible you are not aware of the way things work, we have however tried to explain this to you but unfortunately we are just met with confrontation from yourself.
As we have stated recently your order is currently being held at your local delivery office and has been there since Wednesday 15/11/2023 one of the team has advised repeatedly that you can go and collect it yourself at your earliest convenience or you can go online and arrange delivery for a day that suits your daily routine.
We sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused but we have done are upmost to make sure your order was completed.
We strongly recommend in the future that you be more clearer with the company you purchase off and let them know exactly when you will be available for delivery, another handy thing to do would be check your tracking details this gives clear indication when your item will be delivered so you can plan your day to day.
These are very normal practices when purchasing online.

BMW 530d headlights
After searching around the country and having no hope! German parts were the only company to be able to help me get what I needed for my 530d, they were very quick to respond help me thought everything and give me the best advice! They found me my parts at an amazing price with a fast service hassle free first class delivery service at my door and we’re constantly checking in and giving me updates. I tend to stress about everything but these guys made it so easy and done all the work for me so for that I’m giving them a 5star and I will 100% be only going back to them for any parts in the future then bmw trying to rip people off!! This company will 100% give you genuine bmw parts without trying to rip you off , genuine hard working people like you and I putting you first and that’s why I will do only my business with these guys in the future facts !!!!
