Its a scam, you cannot cancel you subscription

THIS IS A SCAM. I am also a victim of this. I did the free trial and cancelled immediately because I didn't like it. They have charged me $19.99 - 16X since June, and as of now, they have taken $320 from my account and refuse to reimburse. They say I need to provide proof of the cancellation when I cancelled in the app, and since they don't send a confirmation email to prove it, there is no proof.

Even though this was cancelled, they still try to take 19.99 out of my account 4x a day. SCAM

Estafa. Además no hay rastro de la suscripción y que sucede que cada semana 20 eur de cargo. Voy a anular la tarjeta, que vergüenza que no haya otra opción de parar estás suscripciones ilegales. Ni rastro de ningún mail de registro alta ni nada.

Scam. Unable to cancel something I do not recall ordering. Cannot sign in, password renewal doesn't work. The customer support is nonexistent, noone replies.

Im being charged in aussie dollars 35.00 and i couldn't even sign in.i emailed them 1st September no reply. How do I stop payments? Total scam ..has to be.

I would rate it zero stars if I could. I have ZERO knowledge of this app "Filterly" - no trace of ever purchasing the app via Apple, no email confirmation or any trace of a subscription ANYWHERE. However I have discovered that they have been charging my bank account &19.99 a month for months! I went to the website and can't "sign in" because I have no account. I am furious!

Absolute SCAM. They refunded me one $19.99 when I threatened to call my bank and leave negative reviews! I'm on the phone with my bank again and changing my debit card because they keep taking out $19.99 every week as well as International fees and now $100 on 6/27/25 and on 6/30/25. I am disputing today 8/15/25 and getting every dollar back!!!

E' una truffa ! Ho sottoscritto e disdetto l'abbonamento nel giro di 10 minuti. Ho la conferma della disdetta , ma hanno continuato imperterriti ad addebitarmi € 19,99 al mese finchè ho dovuto bloccare la carta !!

they continue to take money out of my account. I have not signed up to them and have no way of cancelling payment as they say it's authorised. NOT by me. Absolute scammers

Die App wirbt mit Funktionen, die in der Realität nicht vorhanden sind. Insbesondere werden Filtermöglichkeiten angekündigt, die in der App entweder stark eingeschränkt oder überhaupt nicht verfügbar sind. Zudem ist die Nutzung auf ein tägliches Kontingent limitiert, was in der Werbung nicht transparent kommuniziert wird. Auch die angeblich kostenlose Version existiert faktisch nicht – stattdessen wird ein Abo zu 8,99 Euro pro Woche fällig. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein irreführendes Angebot mit klaren Merkmalen eines Dark Patterns. Echt Schade.

Absolute SCAM as everyone else says. They kept charging EUR19.99 per week despite cancelling after free trial. Had to change cards because they wouldn’t stop subscription or taking payments. These guys will go down in history and biggest fraudsters around

Filterly is a complete scam. They lure you in with a so-called “free trial,” but it’s a trap. Even if you cancel the subscription immediately, they’ll still start charging your card — and not just once. Every single week they deduct €20 from your account without your consent, without warning, and without any option to stop it. The cancel button? Fake. It doesn’t work. You try to unsubscribe and nothing happens. Their support? Nonexistent. No replies, no help, total silence.

This is not a bug — it’s deliberate theft. The app itself is garbage: useless filters, terrible interface, fake promises. The real purpose of Filterly is not photo editing — it’s stealing your money. They rely on users not noticing or not being able to fight back.

Positive reviews? All fake. Real users are being robbed week after week, with no way out. Once they have your payment info, they drain it silently.

Don’t install this app. Don’t link your card. Don’t believe the “trial.” Filterly is fraud, plain and simple. If you’ve already installed it — delete it, block your card, and report them. This app should be banned from all platforms. It’s not a service — it’s a trap.

I quit the subscription almost right away after starting but they have charged me about 20$ every week for more than three months after that. They still do it.

Update! The company has now excused themselves and paid me my money back.

After charge a $1.00 which is most of unethical way to charge $19.95 WEEKLY for a pilates yoga app that I never used. Very bad way to do business. Dont sign in any of facebook apps. Most have bad reviews. Bad way for you to get 29.95 weekly for two months!!!!! Good companies email customer announcing the trial period will soon. But thats is not your practice!!!!!!

Attenzione: ho scaricato la app per prova gratuita e annullato allo scadere della settimana. Da due mesi continuano a farmi addebiti settimanali di 19,99.

Fraud I got charged 2 times in one day and tried to cancel and asked for a refund and was told they couldn't find my account then I got charged again in the same month and then again the following month so that's 80$ I got charged for 1 and a half months even though I told them I wanted to cancel.Right now I'm in a dispute with them and I'm trying to get my money back. I tried through PayPal but that was a waste of time also

Mucho cuidado, te das de alta en la aplicación pagas 2€ para probar y cancelas la suscripción, pero ellos te siguen cobrando, 19'99€ a la semana, el pago es por PayPal y si no te das cuenta te pasa como a mí 238€. Te piden justificante de cancelación pero la aplicación está fuera de Google Play y no lo tienes, no hay rastro de la app en el móvil ni te mandan correos de suscripción ni de cancelacion. He denunciado a la policía, hablado con Google y PayPal. El desarrollador es Asana Rebel.
