My experience with Matthew Amane as an account manager was challenging. Although I fulfilled all the requirements outlined in our contract, the release process for my company (CLD Logistics) did not move forward as expected. I requested to end the business relationship according to the agreed terms, but I did not receive a timely resolution. This situation caused complications in continuing my operations. I’m sharing this review based on my personal experience, hoping others receive clearer and more efficient service.

First of all, it's good to hear a live person answering instead of AI. Also, I didn't have to endure the auto recording that gives me 8~9 choices to choose from. Then to another 8~9 choices and repeat 2~3 times before I start yelling for an operator. Nevertheless, Landon answered and helped me and I was done in 5 min. Thank you, Landon!
