Do NOT order from this horrible company. Delivery took weeks abd weeks coming from China. The fountain bowl ceased working in fewer than 10 days. You are forced to send the item back TO CHINA in order to get a refund. There is nothing based in the USA for this crappy company. There are plenty if scrupulous and good companies out there making pet water bowl fountains. Use any other instead of this horrible company.

Order was placed and after second thoughts tried to cancel. Right after I received confirmation of order immediately hit the reply button and advised that I would like this order canceled and a refund sent to my card. Received email stating they have received my concern and will look into and get back with me. A day passed nothing, sent another email stating wanted cancelled, again nothing. I have sent a total of 5 emails stating I want this order cancelled. Then I receive an email stating “Good News” My Order is ready to ship. Again I hit the reply button and advised not to ship as I have asked for order to be cancelled, again crickets. All I know is customer service does not exist and I’m sure getting a refund is going to be next to impossible. Will file a fraudulent charge with my credit card Co. and hope for best. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

BEWARE! I bought 1, was shipped & charged for 3. Wanted to return other 2. They will only give me 20% back. Chinese co.

This product is a piece of garbage. It is not as advertised. They use a Navy Seal to lure people in. You cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel your order or to try to return your product. They said my order was delivered over a week ago, it never was. All of a sudden it shows up today with no order sheet, and no return address! How am I to return this piece of garbage? I'm so aggravated. I have sent several emails with zero response, after the New Year I will be contacting my Mastercard to get all my money back. This is the biggest scam ever! Also package says it came from New York, but the tracking info all along kept saying mainland China!

I will never look, let alone order from this site. I was looking for cat fountains and as soon as they had my info, they wouldn't fix it. After I gave my information it was too late and the cats wont use them I couldn't cancel the order because they said it had already been shipped I, didn't know it was coming from China and I didn't order what was sent to me I ordered one fountain and some filters and I got zero filters no extra and two fountains when I try canceling they wouldn't accept it and now I spent over $200 on to water fountains that the cats don't use and I cannot return them because it's been nothing but a headache. I tried cancelling immediately but they said that it wasn't possible. They had been shipped. I had literally just put my info in and like others have said, I should've read the reviews. Very unpleasant experience will never order again ever.

Oh how I wish I would have checked reviews before ordering! I entered my information (debit) to order the 2 unit set. The site showed a big red bar that said the information could not go through and to reenter it. I reentered using my credit card and got the same red bar telling me it could not go through and to reenter. I found this very suspect, so canceled the transaction. Only to discover a couple minutes later that both transactions went through. I immediately emailed support. So support will do nothing saying the devices had already shipped (from China which I dont recall seeing that being the ship origin in their info). I have 4 devices on the way and am now battling them regarding return/refund.

Do not buy from these people! If you want a refund you have pay to ship it back to China!

I bought 2 dog bowls from them. They did not really initially when I told them they were too small for my dog. They refused to take them back even though one of the bowls is still in its original packaging.

Now they have offered to refund one of them if I bear the cost of shipping it back to China. I will not purchase from them again.

My BMO card fired out 7 rapid texts to me immediately after I ordered a drinking bowl. Thank God.

If I could give zero stars I would. What a skullduggerous outfit this is. I won’t say “be careful”. I’ll say “Don’t go anywhere near them”. Don’t order their dog drinking fountain. Don’t click on their fancy looking video ads on Facebook. They’re liars and cheats who should be run out of business.

Same problem as others - charged twice as much as advertised due to shady marketing. Attempted to cancel immediately and received no response until a shipping confirmation email was received. They then responded that it was "too late" to cancel. I will be processing a chargeback with my credit card company. Total scam.

I've sent several emails about an issue I have and they won't get back to me. Makes me think k they don't stand behind their product.

This company falsely advertised the price and charged me twice what I payed. Seconds after the order that I didn't approve i tried to cancel and they said that it couldn't be canceled days later it shipped. Just do not order from this company it's fraudulent.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY’ minutes after I put in an order did not OK to pay. It was already being shipped and yet I have sent them email after email to tell them to cancel. It was minutes after I ordered it supposedly, I never pressed after looking at it to say, I wanted to move forward. I still can’t get a hold of them so when I receive it, I will send it back. return to sender and I’m having my bank use it as a fraud. They are a scam. You can’t get a hold of anybody. Chewy has it for half the price I just found out do not order from this company.

HORRIBLE EXperience... They over charged me 150 dollars and will not respond. I am going to my credit card company and canceling the order

This company would not return my emails or request for contact... as their product does not work. They have a 180 day guarantee... but 2 weeks after I received their worthless product, there is no way to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE.

THIS IS A SCAM FROM CHINA!! The product doesn't work and when you try to return it, it requires a return to CHINA! This will cost you over $60!! Report to your local attorney general in your state.

This is a scam product. Turned on right next to my dog. He barked and nothing happened. I contacted Pawcify to return for credit, as they do not work. I was offered a 20% refund. To get a 100% refund I have to return to an address in China. Funny how they do not say that on their website. DO NOT BUY!

This is the biggest scam company I have EVER dealt with. First they charged me for 2 Barkguards even though I only ordered 1. Then it comes with no return address or packing slip. Big RED FLAG!! After numerous emails back and forth I was told I had to return it to China!! It came from a warehouse in California!! It cost almost as much to mail it back as the 2 Barkguards cost! When I said I wanted a 100% refund the only option given was to return it to China!! nope, this website is a fraud. they claim they have an ex military member who is the CEO but apparently that is a lie too as is their shady ass return policy. Time for California Attorney General and the BBB Bureau to be notified!!

This product is complete junk. My dog didnt even look over. Website appears legit and product appears to have been shipped from USA. 100% refund is a lie. They want it returned to China. Because i cant even mail if it has been charged, i have no way to respond.
