GetAgent Avis 

Really good advice about how to choose an estate agent. Once on the market it doesn't really help.

GetAgent's staff helped me choose a good estate agent to sell our London apartment. I didn't like the response from another of their recommendations, but the one I went for has been a pleasure to work with and seems to be close to selling our property, so (fingers crossed) I am glad I went to GetAgent. However, GetAgent sends far too many emails!

Chloe was excellent. She phoned within a few hours of me submitting an on line form and gave very helpful and relevant independent advice. There was no hard sell, just good solid advice.
Chloe followed up with an email which included really useful links. She said I could reach out to her with any further questions which was reassuring.

I registered online with GetAgent, not really knowing their objective! Soon had a call from Xavier, who was easy to chat with, friendly & helpful. He explained their rôle & relationship with local estate agents & reassured me no extra financial outlay would result by my being referred to local agents by GetAgent.

James Richardson was extremely easy to talk to, gave me lots of useful advice and listened to what I wanted and where I was in regards to selling the property. He recommended a couple of estate agents and arranged for them to contact me. All in all an excellent service.

Excellent advice and assistance from Kamil on what to consider when choosing an Estate Agent in respect of selling our property. Things such as the length of contract, knowledge of local area etc. Would highly recommend him and the service to others.
