Only thing I didn't like is the selling of more products that I feel should have been included with the 1st product.

It would have been better if I had just been able to check out and not been bothered with questions

I have some issues with the product working. So far customer service has been very responsive and helpful in resolving my issues.

I spoke to Magi who I found very helpful. When I ordered the H2 bottle, I did not read anywhere that if you had kidney failure you should not use it & I have been diagnosed with kidney failure several years ago. Also I was unaware that it was priced in USD as the price I saw had an A in front of the $ amount then had the amount of $91.83 sent to my email . It was when I looked at our bank statement i saw it had become $117.58. Magi assures me if I return bottle within 30 days I will have my money returned. Look forward to hearing from you after I fill out this trust pilot review with further details to walk me through

Once Idetermined I had used my husband's email address and credit card the conversation could continue. I was sent an email with return instructions and needed to fill out a survey first. I am returning the 2 RoHS water cups I had ordered and the 3-pack I must have accidently ordered. I had emailed you within 2 days to say I did not want the 3 pack, but here they are today. Anyway, my husband was livid with my ordering them. Since it is his money I have to return them. I thought it might help his 4th stage kidney disease and inoperable heart diseases, along with my fatty liver disease in early stage. Thank you for your help and patience with us. I had finished the review and cant see how and where to return the water cups.

My experience was limited to making one phone call to return items. The person handling the call was very efficient. I was able to understand the individual.

Extremely expensive and poor quaility product.
Outlandish claims about its health benefits, not backed by science.

Apparently has 'hydrogen generation safety'. However, it does not feature the correct safety symbols for this. As hydrogen is flammable, I expect the bottles do not produce hydrogen. If they do produce hydrogen, then this is an extremely hazardous product, not fit for general household use.

Apparantly the product has been 'certified quality guarantee' - I would like to know what organisation has given this certification - certainly nothing on the website suggest it meets any BS standards set by British Standards Institure.

They cite thousands of positive reviews on their websites. However, if you click on the reviews, it is clear they are not real reviews from verified satisfied customers.

Customer service is appalling. Trying to get my money back has so far been unsuccessful.

Please do not buy these bottles. It will be an expensive, time consuming and frustrating mistake.
