Material sleep and energy gains thx to Calibre
I came into Calibre not knowing what to expect. I've spent serious money on private health checks - Bupa, extensive blood panels, or Neko Health - and the advice has always been disappointingly generic. Walk more. Eat better. Nothing I could actually action.
Calibre was different. My overall fitness was already high when I signed up, so we focused on my longest-standing weak point: sleep. The team built a specific protocol - shifting my training towards 3 hours of zone 2, 90 minutes of weights, and 30 minutes of HIIT per week, adding Magnesium L-Threonate before bed, and setting a consistent sleep/wake schedule. Simple in theory, but I'd never had anyone hold me to it.
When we started, hitting 7.5 hours five nights a week felt like a joke. Ten weeks later, I was doing it consistently. The difference in energy - both the level and the consistency - was material and measurable. When I retested, every relevant marker had improved. Since then, I had some challenges (work stress, heat wave and no AC, etc), so consistency is not perfect yet, but the trend line is super positive still, and I know I can achieve it now.
Three other things worth noting: when I injured my lower back mid-programme, Calibre helped me find a physio and kept that thread alive. They also picked up a vitamin D deficiency I'd missed everywhere else, and we resolved it within 12 weeks. And the accountability structure - someone actually tracking and adjusting - is what made the difference versus every other service I've tried.
Highly recommend, especially if you're already health-conscious and want something that goes beyond the obvious.
