This is a great company to deal with!! I was not really in the market for another sign, but the first one they created for me was such a wonderful experience, and wound up being such a work of art that I decided to do another.
Again, I just sent them a couple pics of what I had in mind and their artists sent me a beautiful rendering very quickly!! Their communication is excellent and they are very prompt. Also, the shipping was much faster than expected. I highly recommend! Exceeded my expectations!!

The design of the sign was personal and guided by the human chat person. It looks exactly like expected. It arrived when promised, in good packing. It will be a great asset tot he business.

The led are not that bright. I wanted something that was very bright to let customers see. Not worth 400 dollars

Our neon sign was delivered quick and it is AMAZING!! I've seen some others at weddings and I loved them but this one appears to be so well spaced and tall. I'm so excited. I got the remote and with outdoor safe because we will definitely use this forever :)

I ordered a light of my grandson's name Rhett and it was only partially working. Send pictures to customer support via email and no response on fixing the problem. Order number GCN2-13331. He is only five years old and is very unhappy.
