getfloorplan.com Avis

The team at Getfloorplan have a great platform that helped me convert floorplans to 3D renders with the help of ai.

Met all the deadlines and tried its level best to incorporate all the changes that could be accommodated. Very useful for clients to get a view of what’s being delivered in future to them and helps them feel more connected and excited for the place to be built. Very accommodative personnel’s and personal attention to details .

This AI becomes the main assistant in creating 3d for our building projects. Our marketing team do not waste time, and only sends the input via API, the gfp ai creates 3d for 20-30 apartments daily. Before gfp we created 3d for 5-10 units monthly, now it's 50-70, cause of the price and results for our sales team. Thank you, the gfp team, for you dedication. Many thanks

This AI is my everyday assistant. We, as a construction company, need the 3D for our website. Instead of creating manually, we create with the Getfloorplan. Creates 3D so quickly and precisely. I don't know how we can handle our marketing without this AI. Thank you for team for all support

Great platform! Really good quality received in 24hrs as advertised. Prices are reasonable for the quality provided. Actually I am impressed from the final result and I will definitely use GetFloorPlan services again.
Just try it and you won't be sorry!
Great product in general!

Not worth any money. Sloppy rendering that are useless and definitely not ready for primetime. Parts of the building had no roof. Paid for the "Pro" plan for $45 and while the amount is no big deal it is not worth $5.00. So I'm taking the "L" on this one and I'll chaulk it up to "Lesson Learned".

This is amazing!
I was very skeptical at the beginning. I couldn't believe that at this price and in 24 hours I can get materials that I can actually work with as a real-estate entrepreneur, but the results amazed me.
The 3d plans and virtual tour are incredible!
The renders can be better but the support team did their best to meet my expectations.
I'm using them to market a project of new apartments.
If it wasn't for them, I would never use virtual tour to market my project.

Buttom line - fantastic value for money.

Great product, great customer service, and awesome prices. I did a standard job and a custom job and they both turned out great. I fully recommend their services!

Fast, beautiful, great customer service.

Really great app for interior designing. Great value for money.

Very good tool which helps us a lot in planning of a new house. This tool helped us realize that we need to make changes to the floor plan. Suggestions for improvement: add more options to styles. Would also be nice to see the result faster without the human factor, and also to be a bit more flexible to adjust the floor plans ourselves.

Super wizualizacja wnętrza, bardzo realistycznie, polecam

I discovered get floor plan last year when I was looking for a quick and efficient way to visualize the floors of my villa. It was a hit. This year I came back again with another order for visualizations and a virtual tour of another of my villas. It is interesting because I have only 100-year-old 2D sketches, from which fantastic 3D visualizations were created and a virtual walk through them. Thanks to this, it is easier for me to imagine future interiors. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I received my plans in a very short time basis. The result is incredible. I cannot wait to have clients feed backs.

Beware this is a rip off and You have been Warned. I came across this service after researching for house ai layout generator. They got featured in some articles but now I think it must be ads. The big red alert is they said on homepage that they will give you 20% If you give them review on related websites. However that mean they asking people to write review without being see their order complete. I chat with their support, send my floorplan before submitting order for confirmation and the first thing the say that I need to order more because it's not 1 apartment plan, after send them photo to ask how it's not 1 apartment they told me that it was their mistake and it's 1 apartment floorplan. Then I decided to give them a try. After payment, they Again tell me that it's not one apartment and try to lure me in order more and pay more so they would finish my order. I said no, refund me. Then they replies that refund already processed and it would take5 days. I said ok, refund me. After I decide not to pay them more, they wrote me an email that they are working on my order. After 2 days without anything delivered (they claim to deliver in 24hours) I sent them multiple emails and received nothing from them. Then I contact them via Facebook and finally they replies maybe thinking a new customer is coming for get scammed. After I sent them my order ID and ask where is my order or refund. They said the order is being completed and will delivery in 5 hours. after 6 hours I come back to the chat and realized they banned me from chat with them on fb. Because I tried with another account and that new account is able to message them. So basically they are scammer and trying to rip people off. Beware and stay out of it. I will post review on all related sites hope to get my review back. If anybody looking for proof I have everything screenshot and captured as video. Stay away and don't let these scammer take your hard earned money

I was scared of what the outcome will be but this is really amazing, I will be using this alot

Young, very dedicated team, very friendly and once you understand the system, it is an incredibly helpful tool to visualize floor plans. Thank you very much!

Found this AI service on a website with AI for architects. We were looking for a quick solution to create 3D layouts for a developer's client. We got 10 layouts in 1 day in good quality. Not enough customization to change the color of walls and floors. All in all it's just AI magic!

I use ready-made floor plans from Getfloorplan to sell residential real estate (new buildings).

The visuals are really high quality. They even look like a real photo. Most likely this factor attracts clients.
