One of the items lovely. Returned a second item in October. I chased for a refund after the 14 working days. I’ve had refund back today. Nearly two months after original order. Seems like others have experienced this too. Really poor

Glamify Fashion never disappoints. Their pieces are so reasonably priced yet feel high-end every single time – I always receive compliments whenever I wear something from them!
But what truly sets Glamify apart is their customer service – it’s honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve collected my last two parcels in person, & each time the team has been nothing short of amazing. Today I popped in to collect a beautiful birthday gift for my daughter, & was greeted by the lovely Holly. She was so friendly, warm, & welcoming – you’re treated like a friend, & it’s clear that your custom truly matters. Sami is also such a credit to them, even in high end stores I’ve never received service like this!! They go above and beyond!

Would never use again.
I ordered an XS item. When it arrived the size was S-M so obviously was too big. Had to pay £5 to return that they wouldn't refund. That was almost a month ago and no refund as yet

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I placed my order over a month and a half ago and still have not received the product. Every time I email for an update I am told it is in transit but no details are provided. They refuse to refund me after several requests. STAY AWAY!

Only refund items when you email and…
Only refund items when you email and have to physically ask for it. Then you have to wait 5+ weeks. Still waiting now.

Items did not arrive no response…
Ordered many items for the Christmas period, the items did not arrive.
I have been chasing for over 6 weeks now, poor / zero communication.
Still awaiting for a response after many emails being sent.
