Would grade with GetGraded again

Very affordable, nice labels, decent slabs and a strict grading process (in my opinion, this is a good thing). Funky little scratcher with a prize packaged in with your cards AND they return your semi-rigids!

3 stars as there does, however, appear to be some sort of crumb encased within one of my cards. These are only for the personal collection and the card itself isn’t very valuable, it’s still a bit of an eyesore.

Great service got regular updates along the way arrived well packaged arrived well with in the 20 days brilliant will be getting some more ready to send this week

A great team of people with a wide understanding of the hobby. It is clear they are in it for the the love. Always on hand to help and fair and consistent with the service provided. I have used them a number of times and always had a great experience!

Honestly one of the best grading company’s. The owners are amazing and very friendly I will always join one of there whatnot streams and chat to them. 10/10 service and 10/10 communication. 100% recommend using them.

Brilliant Company! I have used GetGraded a few times now and have found the level of service exemplary! I use the normal service and my cards are graded and sent out within the 20 working days. They are packaged well with slab sleeves and bubble wrap. Kieran, Shane and the rest of the team are doing a great service to the UK market. I am surprised by some of the negatives reviews (seems to mainly be 1 person) as this has not been my experience or anyone else’s that I speak to. Keep up the great work guys!

Graded very quickly and at a very good price. The look of the slab is excellent definitely my go to grading company.

Always worried me sending cards off, but, GetGraded were quick to reply to emails (a day max) and once the process was completed it came back super fast! Great slab and overall I am pleased. Will be using them again.

I am giving them 5 stars, but one thing i would recommend for them to do is make it more transparent, the emails arent clear and perhaps more info on each step via email would be useful. I.e "we have graded surfaces, up next is the corners..." - this would probably save them time on emails from first timers!

For other customers, i sent 1 card and it took the 15 working days to get done and back to me.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a uneque card from GetGraded in fact the only one of its kind manufactured worldwide. Keiran Phelan contacted me after the purchase to say there's a dent on the card valued at around £1000.00 that he alleged was a manufacturing fault, however when I watched the live video you could see the card being lifted in and out of a tin to show people as it was a 1/1 card, however on 2 occasions you can see the card making contact with a tin thus causing the dent, obviously when you purchase something of that value you do accept faulty items, he replied there is nothing we can do about it its a manufacturing fault, obviously I found this unacceptable and asked for a refund on all 10 cards I purchased which was met with a rude refusal, and the best he would offer is £13 For the £1000.00 card, and it was subject to him keeping the card to sell. Obviously no one in their right mind would find it acceptable for a situation whereby you purchased a item that was valued at £1000.00 that was damaged accept only £13 (thirteen pounds), and that he would only pay me £13 if he could Keep the £1.000.00 card to sell it himself, so no realistic attempt was made to come up with any sort of resolution whatsoever. Have used getgraded for a few years now, always send around 5/10 cards nothing special or big but for my personal collection. Never had any issues with them, communication is excellent and with the amount of emails and messages they must get, I've always had a response the same day. Would 100% recommend them to old and new collectors.

Honestly, these guys are the best. High quality products, shipping and attention to detail. One of my 'Flawless 10' cards had to go through 3 different graders to ensure it was correct!
