Very easy to deal with and it was easy to follow the progression steps to completion.
It was also easy to discuss on the Phone with the engineer to go through the various issues so as I could understand better.
I would highly recommend this service and it was critical in my decision making.

Would give minus stars if possible.
Useless report, full of grammatical errors and mistakes. No structural survey done at all. Scratches on furniture noted and told house needs rewiring because the surveyor un screwed a switch not in use any more and it had old wires. When I questioned them about this they said it's purely a visual survey and the surveyor isn't allowed to move/remove things and he isn't an electrician so can't comment further on electrics...why even include it in the report if you're not qualified to assess it? I also mentioned all the grammatical errors and was told he wasnt even going to address that part of the complaint because anyone can make spelling mistakes. For €600 I would really expect them to at least use a spell check. Bought the house and the walls are all soaking wet under the plaster. But it doesn't rewiring at least. Bunch of cowboys, not helpful in the slightest. Such a waste of money, honestly wish I never even saw their website.
