Great product overall
Been interested in red light therapy and photobiomodulation for some time and wanted a proper unit that I could incorporate into my routine. After looking at the evidence behind red and near-infrared light therapy, I specifically wanted a unit offering both 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared wavelengths, rather than one of the cheaper light therapy products available online.
Having now received and used the Inthered A300, I’m quite impressed.
The first thing that struck me was the build quality. It is a substantial piece of equipment with a solid metal enclosure and feels very well put together.
On the subject of brightness, these are powerful LEDs and should obviously be treated as such. I use appropriate eye protection during sessions. I would actually like to see clearer wavelength-specific information provided for the supplied eye protection in future, as that would remove uncertainty for customers who want detailed technical specs.
There are aesthetic details I would change in a future generation, but none of them outweigh the quality or functionality of the product.
Ultimately, I’m reviewing the product I actually received. It feels exceptionally well built, produces very powerful light, offers the wavelengths and functionality I wanted, and is backed by excellent personal customer service.
