Damaged unusable skincare set - won’t refund

Bought skincare set $130 before tax for my husband came dried due to bad storage/packaging on their end there’s two creams/serums as well in tha package they only refunded me 45$ just for the pads tha were dried out I asked why the said the other two were not complained about let them know if the whole suit is stored together and the one that’s opened is damaged the other two are they’re refusing to refund sending multiple emails- they clearly bury their bad reviews and hide them as you can’t even rate them on google anymore.

Pit Boss Antiperspirant Deo

I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, I had a severe physical reaction. After using it for only 2–3 days, I developed an intense itching sensation that was so persistent it lasted for three weeks after I stopped using the deodorant.
I initially reached out to customer service, and they were very quick to respond at first. They collected my personal health information regarding the reaction, which gave me the impression they took the matter seriously and intended to make things right. However, after I provided that info, they went completely silent. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I received no response. It’s disappointing to see a company prioritize data collection over actual client care. I have since moved my business to a brand that values its customers.

Non-functional customer service

hesitate to leave a negative review, but I hope my experience will help others avoid similar frustrations.

I can’t comment on the quality of the moisturizer because I never received it. However, I can speak to the complete dysfunction of their customer service and support team.

When placing my order, my payment auto-filled with mismatched shipping and billing addresses. I noticed immediately and began looking for a way to correct it. Unfortunately, I discovered that there is no option to cancel or modify an order, even within minutes of placing it.

I contacted their customer service team on November 6 to update the shipping address, only to receive an auto-reply stating they would be out of the office until November 11. Oddly, this coincided with a federal holiday, but their shipping partner was not observing it—the order was shipped promptly to an incorrect and incomplete address.

When I finally received a response, I was told they could do absolutely nothing: no cancellations, no refunds, and no updates to customer details. Frankly, I’m surprised they even bother staffing a customer service team, as an automated chatbot would likely provide more helpful assistance.

I won’t be ordering from this company again. Supporting them feels like enabling a zombie company with no regard for customer experience or operational efficiency.

Terrible experience

Terrible recent experience from this company, spent £94 on birthday present for my husband on 5th August, not received, have messaged & emailed numerous times with no reply & can't find a phone number to call them!!, now they have put a message on website that they are closing off ordering, they have effectively stolen myself & other peoples money if not resolved.

Unacceptable

Ordered on 20th July 2023, emails sent to the ukinfo@getjackblack to which we have still not received any responses despite numerous amounts of emails.

Do not order from them, best to use Lookfantastic or Amazon.

No Longer Delivering Orders

I ordered over a month ago, and have received no information (shipping, etc) since. I have emailed the UK customer services team multiple times asking for an update, no response. I then emailed the US and international teams, no response. Based on my experience and other reviews, I can only assume this company is no longer operational…they are simply taking peoples money, not providing product, then going unresponsive. Shocking they are allowed to continue selling. Shame, as I loved the products and received them within days of ordering in the past.

Do not order from this company!

I ordered numerous products from this website (UK version) two weeks ago and have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails with no response. My bank has now agreed to step in and will be disputing the transaction with this terrible company to get my money back. Do not use this company’s website (UK). If you want to stick with Jack Black, use Amazon or another reputable company. It’s a shame as I love Jack Black products, but this experience has soured my taste for them and I’ll be trying out a new brand next time.

Customer is terrible!

I like Jack Black products, but I’ll never order from them again because their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced In years, it takes them a long time to reply to emails and when they finally reply they are very unhelpful. I have ordered from Jack black for the last 5 years.. but now I will find a new brand that actually has employees that are helpful. If you still want to buy their products, then I’d recommend ordering through a different website like Amazon that way you can return damaged items hassle free and not have to deal with Jack Black’s terrible customer service.

Do not buy

Do not buy, I had a horrible Experience with their delivery, for some reason the items went back to the seller yet, they had no issue charging my credit card that would require my personal information. When I contacted the company, the treated my order as a joke. So finally they resend the 2 items and gave me 10% discount on my next order. As if I am going to go back. NEVER

A few Months using their products after…

A few Months using their products after trying 2 other brands. Very impressed so far quality of products and results of the improved skin tone is very impressive so far. I have ordered more of their products and will be sticking with the brand !

Two items missing when order received

Two items missing when order received. Completed their online customer service complaint that day. No response so 10 days later did the same thing (the phone number on the invoice doesn’t connect) but still no response. They owe me two missing products or a refund of £15. Won’t be buying their products again.

Great winter hand lotion

Thankfully, we all know about germs now. We know that we’re supposed to wash our hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds after we touch literally anything. Problem is, your skin gets grumpy and starts to look like an angry iguana. Jack Black lotion (not associated with the actor) is industrial strength, whatever that means. All I know is that it makes my skin feel less reptile and more mammal. It heals the cracks, peeling nubs, and overall deathly vibe of my fingers and knuckles.

I had an item missing

I had an item missing. Filled out the online form and waited a few weeks but no reply. Sent an email, waited, again no reply.
Seems like they haven't got an online customer service.
The products are ok. I like the face wash, beard wash and oil. Shower gels are ok. The deodorant is rubbish
