When i received the watch($77) it was not (by far)what i hoped for!!!! Returned it the day after,1andhalf month ago. Many many tries to get an response,NOTHING!!! I just like to be reamburst for $77! What can i DO?

They should get a zero.
Ordered a watch in early July, kept getting announments to buy other watches discounted prices. I wrote to C/S ask where my watch is and they said it was going out. July 30th no watch.
I called to get online help only through text. They said it shipped through USPS no insurance or signature required. I never received it. They wouldn't help me and said it's my responsibility and loss. I called my credit card company, they told me they have a lot of complaints like this from this company. They credited my money account.
This company is a scam, has no customer service or concern for the client. I wish I would of looked at the negative reviews before I engaged.

Ordered a Luxor watch 3 weeks ago, no sign of it so far. I even paid for Express shipping! Also I paid $77.U.S. but later found the same watch on Amazon for $33! I can see that I've been ripped off. So disappointed! Be aware folks, be aware.

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. And then the KICKER, I bought a CURREN watch from them for roughly $70. I then went to the CURREN web-site. How much was the very SAME WATCH?? $24!!!!

I bought two watches from them. Came in a nice box. But that's the end of it. Neither one works. No instruction manual. First item was a Curren chronograph. Second was a knock off Rolex Daytona, which in an email they denied sending to me,
All I want is for then to send me operating instructions or answer their phone. Stay away from this company. Non existing customer service.

After contacting customer support an advising them of my issues within 3 business days I received a full refund . I was floored.i will definitely buy again should I see a watch I like..

Multiple attempt's to contact this watch supplier. They do not respond left multiple messages. did contact them via their website contact form the response was they have no record of the purchase however they were able to be paid by my American express. Watch lasted 2 months second hand quit moving and would not keep any time. Stay far away waist on money!!! Tom

On 1/21/21 I ordered Presidential watch for my Husband's BD. Rec'd on 2/1/21. Minute hand was loose, so I was advised to return for replacement. No response via emails from Luxor & calling on gets recorder. Finally rec'd an email stating replacement was mailed on 2/12/21. Today is 3/4/21 & still no replacement watch. Stay away from this back alley, out of their trunk company!! Reversed charge &ordered from Amazon & rec'd today for 1/3rd of Luxor's scamming / unethical "business."

I would not give this company a star, if possible. Cheap, gaudy watches that are overpriced. The black stainless Lige is $79.00 on their site. Amazon has it for $33.00, but in all honesty, once I got the watch, I wouldn't have taken it for free. No receipt with package, no way to return. Don't buy anything Luxor. Look like cheap toy watches.

If you try to return the product within the stated time limit they will not respond to emails or if you try to call the number a recording comes on then someone texts you and then tell them you want to return the product with no response back. This company is a scam! Do not buy from them!!! you can get the same watch from Amazon for a fraction of the price and better customer service!

Getluxor. Epidemy of false and/or misleading advertising. Also, no refund on sale items (everything is on sale). Except "on sale" is still 3 or 4 times the going price on line. Let's say they buy 150 of an item, then create a new moniker to sell it as a limited edition. They show fake ratings & awards, infer a big list price & huge discount. Capitalism at it's worst!!!

I have made 6 attempts to return an item I bought. I have spoke once to someone who texted me after I called. When I told them I am trying to return an item they stop responding. I’ve written emails - no response, I’ve made phone calls - no response, and when I did speak with someone (via text) they didn’t want to help because I was returning an item. Maybe because Amazon sells the same item I bought for $25 when I paid GetLuxor $77 for the same item. Going forward I’m buying through amazon. Cheaper and amazon has a customer service department, which GetLuxor seems to not have.
