Courtney was a pleasure to work with and the MODE team. Thank you for all help and quick communication responses. I only did 4 out of 5 because I was informed the process was expected to take 2-3 weeks. But some delays from the system caused it to be a month to finance a car. Just give yourself enough time when financing.

M o d e a new way of buying a car hassle free
This company is very well organized everything is done online and very fast everything is so detailed and simple and m o d e moves very fast and they save you a lot of money in the long run it's hassle free you don't have to go to the dealership everything is done right from your computer or Android or iPhone so that's a good thing and if you have any questions or issues or is stuck on something you can always give them a call like I did one time and they are there and they answer the phone immediately and they answer all the questions I love this company, I recommend m o d e very strongly.

It was just a few bugs
It was just a few bugs, but overall the process was very easy and completed before the end of my lease. There apparently was late coordination between Mode and the finance office resulting in a call coming to me about a payment delinquency. I have never been delinquent and it was corrected quickly. Thank you.

Everything was great!!
Everything was very easy, convenient, and I am so happy with the whole process. I had to call the customer service line a few times and the ladies that took my calls were so lovely! I wish all customer service was like this! In addition, the whole process of moving my lease over to a car loan was very simple and easy. This new program gets a thumbs up from me! And I have been a Chevy finance lessee many times.

Mode and GM financial did not communicate well. Also, my contract was incorrect and reps refused to fix it.
Mode and GM financial did not communicate with one another. I initiated the buying process months before it was completed and the entire time gm called daily asking me to return the car and expressing that mode and them are not the same and they didn’t have information. Additionally, I made my contract including a gap insurance that was completely left off my contract and mode representatives refuse to add it.
