Your website was not without problems. The amount of information you needed was ridiculous as we have been paying - on time- for the past several years. I have been a riding in chevy's since I was a child and will not plan in the future to do so. The interest rate was pretty high, in my opinion. Finally, I was unable to print a copy of my agreement because you have that option blocked. All in all not a favorable experience.

Quick and timely correspondence. The lease end buyout process was a lot easier with your company than the dealership!

1). I was not happy that when the final loan was presented, the interest rate was about 1.25 points more than what was quoted.
2). Your interest rates are quite a bit higher than your competitors. I believe you would attract far more customers if your rates were lower than other lenders.
3). I was not pleased with the fact I could not put a partial payment up-front to lower the loan amount, thus lowering my monthly payment.
4). I was not pleased with the fact I could not purchase the "Extended Warranty" up-front without having to roll it into the loan.

The website is at times very slow and that makes it hard to access the site and log in.

Platform was easy to use. Quick processing time.

It took many emails to provide the documents required. Sometimes the instructions were unclear and sometimes I did not understand which documents were requested.

I really can't complain but feel the phone lines should be open as I tried calling several times only to receive the same message that everyone is in a meeting. I found that to be strange after the third time. I was uncertain if all was going correctly and needed verification. This happened on three consecutive days.

Issue went pretty good. Only awkward portion is that they use DocuSign to send PDFs. You cannot use DocuSign or any digital signatures which is kind of old school for 2023.

Your process is fast and effective, but I did not feel like I had any input at all.
Over all it was a good experience.

So glad I decided to look into refinancing with this company. They were professional and quick to respond when I emailed with a question or concern. Not only did they lower my monthly payments, but they made the process easy and elevated my comfort level in going through the process.
