We were loyal users of Moss, even though I was never a big fan, since the implementation went really messy. We cancelled our subscription with them last year. As soon as you tell them from what end date, you literally can't access the platform anymore. What happened was that they claimed that they sent us an invoice for the last month fees, but since that invoice never received our inboxes, we never paid an invoice, as it would normally get settled on the platform. Now, one year later we get a collection agency, they charge a 90 euro fee on top of 36 euro outstanding invoice, an invoice that we never received. When we call customer service, they say they can't do anything. I think it's more that they are not willing to do anything. The fee was never the problem, the way how they collect the fee I think there is a procedural fault in their process as you leave as a customer, the invoices you don't get it from them. One year later, they send a collection agency, which we disagree of course. Customer service tbh is crappy as they are just following some rules, but can't make the difference for the client/ex-client. It's not service, it's just a lot of headache. And turnover is high, your account manager that you had 1 year ago, is probably replaced by someone else. We had like 3 account managers in 2 years. How can you make the difference for your customers?

Dus dan het account maar weer verwijderen. Maar dat kan niet online, dat moet worden aangevraagd. Ook hierover 30 tot 40 mails tot het uiteindelijk, dagen later echt lijkt te zijn verwijderd.

Haven't experienced the invoice and payments module yet, but have heard good stories about that as well from peers in finance.

Gebruiksvriendelijk, goede klantenservice en onboarding, eenvoudige koppeling met boekhoudpakket. Geen handmatige onkostenvergoedingen meer. Scheelt veel handmatig werk

Now everything runs smoothly and I no longer worry about the finance side of things. The platform just works and the onboarding was seamless — both rare when it comes to b2b tooling. The integration with our accounting software is also handy.
