Launch Medical Avis 

I have sent multiple chat messages and emails with no response. Iv also stayed on hold for 40 plus mins multiple times and no one picks up the phone.
I have requested a refund of my order with also no response.

Was told product had part delays. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Contacted them 30 days later and they still had part delays. Requested a refund numerous times via email, chat and phone. All I get is that it takes 10 days to process a refund. Here I am 25 days later and no refund.

DO NOT BUY this product or deal with this company.

By their actions they have convinced me they are a scam operation.

They still have not shipped and still no product. I asked for a refund and that has not arrived either. The chat function of the website has said they will process the refund 3 times now .

Ordered the Phoenix on Sept 16th with the understanding I would receive the product in 7-10 days. Called Oct 6 to find out the statis of my order. I was told that they were having issues with processing. I requested my money back and had my ordered canceled. If you can't get your orders out in a month after ordering I don't want it. Now I have been waiting over two months for my refund. I called them inquiring when I could expect my refund, I was told by Mike (wish I got Last name) that I would have to email support for information regarding my refund. I then asked for a direct phone number to talk to someone in person and was told there is no phone number of contacts. So My follow up question was so you are scamming guys who are looking for solution to a very serious problem. his reply was we are not scamming anybody.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

The Phoenix did not do anything for me, so at the end of September 2025; I returned the Phoenix to Launch Medical for a refund using their return labels. It is now 2-1/2 months later and I still have not received my refund though I continue to make payments on a product that I don’t have. I have called the customer service line three times and they only tell me the product was returned and they have given a message to management regarding my concern regarding the refund. Th ET have had the product back for two months and cannot seem to process a refund in 2 months time. Do not order from this company as they do not honor their obligations in a timely manner.

I ordered my device on 9/8/25. It is now 12/3/25 and I have not yet received it.
I have called on 4 separate occasions and everytime I'm told it will ship within 7 - 10 business days. It still has not arrived and now I'm beginning to wonder if it's ever going to arrive.

I placed my order nearly 6 weeks ago and have NOT received my device. Never over these 6 weeks has Launch Medical ever contacted me about a delivery date. Seems like this may be a scam. They now have nearly $900 of mine and I have no device. I called them about 2 weeks after I had ordered the device and they told me that I would have the item within 2 more weeks and that they were backlogged. Now, 4 weeks later, I have no device and so I called Launch Medical. I asked for a refund and they put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back and said that I would receive an email in 5-10 business days stating that my refund has been processed. Seems like yet another stall tactic. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to get my money back?

This company is a scam. They took my money, never sent the item and now I'm fighting to get a refund. And good luck getting anyone to answer a phone call, reply to a chat request or email. Do NOT do business with this shady company and good luck if you do.

****This is an update in regards to Launch Medicals replying to my first post.........Your reply to me is simply a lie. You have been telling me for the last two months that my money for the item not received/canceled will be refunded. Quit lying to make yourself look legit to potential customers. Stop with the scamming. Stop the shady business practices, and at this point, stop with the theft of my money. Simply refund my money that you have of mine.

The product (the phoenix) stop working for no reason, call them up, they ask me to make video description which i did send, this was october 24. 3 days later i got a reply that they were gonna send me a RMA number to send it back. they never send the RMA. I call and chat have chat logs giving me all kind of excuses. They are quick to take your money, their customer service is all about excuses from system down, fed/ex being late, supervisor will call in 2 days, to today 11-20 again system down. Now about the product being what they claim, it didn't even give me the opportunity to make a fair review when it just stop working.

Despite clear guidance from both my urologist and primary care physician advising against it, I decided to try The Phoenix. I had confused the claim of FDA Registered with the credibility of FDA approval. The promise of restored vitality was compelling, much like those pills that were supposed to burn fat and return me to my youth. But my experience with Launch Medical fell short of any reasonable expectations.

I was told the device was in stock with a 7 to 10-day delivery window during my initial conversations. After placing my order, a week or so later online, and after a couple of weeks passed I started calling. Multiple calls went unanswered, and updates were always a week to 10 days. Apparently from the first conversation until my order was placed online the item was out of stock. In my final conversation, I was told shipping typically takes 3–4 weeks—contradicting earlier claims. After 46 days and a tense exchange with a representative, my order was abruptly canceled, citing company policy. I received a refund, but not before considerable frustration.

Key concerns:

• Learned about Sponsored ratings versus real
ratings
• Too many puzzling miscommunications
• Differentiating the claim of FDA registered and FDA Approval.
• Calls were not returned.
• Sometimes Reps had attitude.
• No proactive communication about delays.
• Staff responses varied and lacked
professionalism.
• Shipping expectations were never met and
changed drastically on the last call.

In hindsight, I’m grateful for the delay. I cannot recommend this product or company based on my experience with the company and lack of experience with the device. After reading the poor ratings on Trust Pilot and the comments on Scam Detector I am thankful to have my money in my pocket.

I was excited to purchase this device, this company is pretty much a scam artist. I waited 2 months to get the item, while paying to affirm, every time they said there is a supply issue and kept extending the date of delivery. I choose to cancel the order and have them refund the original payment method on 10/08/2025, today is 11/05/2025 and I keep paying to affirm as launchmedical keeps saying they already processed the cancellation, I have three emails from them stating the same, yet affirm has not received any documentation/cancallation or refund from this company. This is shady business, please save yourself the trouble and avoid doing business with this company, it seems I will have to start a legal dispute with them in order to get my money back.

So far ordering has been a disaster. Ordered the device a month ago and each time I call the only answer they give me is that there are supply issues and it’ll be another two weeks.

Extremely poor customer service, product never shipped after almost 1 month, do not waste your time ordering. Told me each week they were having supply chain issues. No management available to talk to.No remorse no apology they DO NOT CARE

Every person I have dealt with on the chat app has been very patient, helpful, and thorough. Just amazing. The Phoenix has unequivocally helped me. I have some heart issues (hardening of the arteries, reduced blood flow etc) and this machine has expanded blood vessels in the penis, NO DOUBT about it. There is a noticeable difference in the erection/hardness and it's an awesome feeling at 64 years young! I read an article about surgeons using shockwave to break up calcium in the arteries, which is the same principle but I won't be using it on my heart. LOL. So thank you, Launch Medical for the Phoenix and the GREAT customer service people you have as they are the face and lifeblood of your company and I appreciate their kind service.

I will update this thread as needed. I placed an order and did not receive any communication from the company other than reminding me to place an order and that I had a discount available to me. I did receive notification of the charge through the company I paid for it with. I reached out to the company by email two times and had received no reply within 72 hours. I then called the customer service line and was told that they had some supply issues and they would let me know when it was available, no management available to speak to no timelines given. Proceed with caution as my recommendation.

Although I had to return the Phoenix to Launch Medical, I was very impressed with the company, their continual communication with me and especially with their ease of helping me to return the instrument and receive a refund. In this day and age, that is not always dependable! I felt the "try" was worthwhile and would still encourage older men(77) like myself giving it a try.

Absolutely useless. A waste of time and money. Nothing more than a mini jack hammer. Messy to use. If anything made the issue worse. Seemed to cause internal bruising which needed time to heal. I would compare the feeling to injuring my arm and causing a bruise. That area would be sore and even sensitive to the touch until healed via time. It would bring blood into my penis while doing the "treatment", but I can do that with a manual massage which is way more comfortable and just as effective.

The questionnaire they gave you makes you think that this product will work for you. After months of using it did nothing for me. When I called them to return the product the agent told me they are not medical professionals. They did however issue a prompt refund.
