At first I was hesitant that it may be a scam and just took the plunge based on the good reviews. Thankfully the company is legit and very professional. They asked me for certain information about the property and photographic proof to help our case, then they confirmed they could take our case, sent us a contract stimulating their fees and then gave me a timeline about when we should be hearing back.
