a lovely experience as first time teenage buyers

Me and my partner were both 18 years old when we downloaded nude back in 2022. We knew we needed help from the government to buy our first home as we were both saving as much as we could each month. Any march 2023 we had the money we needed and found our perfect flat for our first place together. The process is still ongoing however we should be moved this month which is so exciting. The problem we had was we had to make an ineligible withdrawal because we hadn’t had the LISA open for 12 months. We knew the penalties we’d receive so we saved extra hard to cover this. Finally we were ready to withdraw and get this flat completed! We ran into another problem where we realised we would have to wait 95 days to receive these funds, we were due to move out within the next few weeks. However, the amazing team at nude very quickly and efficiently contacted their team to check if the payout day could be moved sooner so we could complete, and within a few hours we had the answer we were waiting for. The amazing team, Abi in perticular managed to get our funds processed so much quicker! The moving process is hard, especially when your still teens but with the help of the amazing Nude team we are now ready to move into our very own flat! I’m so grateful of the team at nude and very proud to say i brought a flat at 18 years old! Thank you again to Abi and all the team at Nude. 10/10 experience.

Really disappointed with Nude

Really disappointed with Nude. I transferred my LISA to them back in February but they delayed opening my account by two weeks after they had received the money which meant I lost two weeks worth of interest. I complained and they said it was the fault of my previous provider Skipton for not delaying sending the transfer history form with the money. I went back to Skipton who confirmed they had sent the form at the same time as the money. I went back to Nude with this and they haven't responded in over two months despite chasing them. There is no phone number to call them and they don't respond to emails. I'm so fed up with them that I've complained to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Extremely Disappointing Service from Nude Lifetime ISA Provider

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Nude, my Lifetime ISA provider, during my attempt to transfer my account to another provider. This process, which should have been straightforward, has been plagued by a complete lack of responsiveness and ongoing delays that have now extended to over a month, with no resolution in sight.
My dissatisfaction began when I initially reached out to Nude for my account number, as I did not have access to it. Despite patiently waiting for several days, I received no response from their team, resulting in unnecessary delays in the transfer process. Once I finally obtained the required information, I diligently completed the transfer form. However, several weeks later, I received notification that the account reference number I provided was incorrect.
In an effort to rectify the situation promptly, I followed the instructions given to me by Chris Halpin, a staff member at Nude, and amended the account reference number accordingly. To my dismay, I have now been informed, once again, that the account reference number was filled in wrongly. It is important to note that I double-checked the information and copied and pasted exactly what was provided to me by Chris. This repeated error raises suspicions that Nude is intentionally delaying the transfer process, causing further frustration and inconvenience.
Aside from the extended time required for the transfer, I am also burdened by a notice period of three months, further exacerbating the financial and personal inconvenience caused by Nude's inefficiency.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by Nude throughout this entire ordeal. Their failure to address my concerns and provide a timely resolution is completely unacceptable. I feel that their actions suggest a disregard for their customers' needs and an unwillingness to ensure a smooth transfer process.
I strongly advise against utilizing Nude as a Lifetime ISA provider due to their inability to handle even the most basic customer requests and their evident disregard for timely and efficient service. I highly recommend considering alternative providers such as Moneybox, who have consistently demonstrated superior customer service and responsiveness.
In conclusion, my experience with Nude has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their inefficiency and lack of responsiveness have caused significant delays and frustration during the transfer of my Lifetime ISA account. I regret having chosen Nude as my provider and strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.

So much more than my other LISA

I moved my Lifetime ISA from another provider in April 2021 to Nude.

Switching was super easy (I barely had to do a thing) and in the 2 years since I moved across I’ve not only reduced the time it’s going to take for me to save up my deposit, I can also see how changing things like the area I want to buy in or the deposit % I save up can change this too.

So love the features they do as well - super helpful to learn more about the buying process, tips and tricks, things to look out for etc for when I get there!

My girlfriend and I love it

My girlfriend and I have been using it to save for 6 months now and are surprised by how much we've saved.

We get the government bonus each month and there's good interest as well. We'll probably be able to buy our home in less than 2 years now. Thanks

A motivating way to save

I've had a Lifetime ISA with Nude for about 2 years now and it's really encouraged me to build up my savings. I love that every time I log in I see my updated time until I'll be ready to buy, which has made a big difference to keep me saving regularly. The articles in the app are really nice and short (but informative) and I've completed their takeaway challenge a few times now. I recommend it to all my friends who are saving too!

Don’t fall for the high interest rates they offer

Very poor customer service. I am not sure if I can ever get back my money. They just don’t respond to your emails and take weeks to months and there is no other way to get in touch with them. It’s extremely easy to open an account and transfer the money into it. But impossible to get it out. Don’t fall for the high interest rates they offer.

DO NOT USE Nude finance! I would give nude finance a rate of 0…

I would give nude finance a rate of 0 if it was possible.
nude finance has been anything but help and support ever since opening my account last year.
Any requests any emails I sent them across was just dismissed and neglected.

back in 2022 mid December I requested all of the money that I had on the account to be withdrawn ever since nothing has been done nor the request has been completed. (They usually send you a form to fill out, as of today the 4th February I'm still waiting.)
for my last 4 emails I have sent to multiple email addresses they decided not to respond and completely ignore all that I have asked for.
Since the 13th of January I have had no response from them although they say their response time is up to 5 working days.
I'm still waiting for the money which they withhold therefore I'm going to take this further and report Nude Finance.

Love Nude - fantastic company on the side of savers

My partner and I both love Nude, we're using the app to save together for a home and their "team up" feature is ideal. We have two individual accounts (LISAs) but can share a single goal and track how much we have saved together.

Fantastic company who goes out of their way to support savers - immediately passed on the bank of England rate increase, no ifs, no buts. They are on of the few who live up to their values of transparency and fairness.

Amazing customer service and best interest rates available

I switched to Nude earlier this year seeking to beat the abysmal interest rates other Lifetime ISA providers had to offer. Suffice to say I was not disappointed! Every time the Bank Of England raises their base rate Nude sends me a near instant email saying they are raising theirs too! It is fantastic to see and not something many banks or building societies do.

Nude are blowing their competitors out of the water when it comes to interest rates, my prior provider was 0.9% Nude are currently sitting at 1.75%! This works out hundreds of pounds of tax free interest for me which is not to be snuffed at.

The fantastic rates aside Nude has some of the most friendly and personalized customer service I have experienced. They also provide user tips and blog posts for first time buyers which is very helpful.

The only drawback with Nude is that you can only sign up and manage your account via the app and they are iOS only. I have recently switched to Android so I have to manage my account via my partner's iPhone which is a shame. I hope they release an Android app or allow managing your account via a website. They are missing out on a large target audience by not having an Android app!
